Tried to schedule for three weeks with these people, finally did but was running 15 minutes late (work happens). I Let them know that an hour ahead. Didn’t hear back. Got there suddenly there’s $150 consultation fee that was never explained to me. Don’t waste your time. There’s too many great people in the area doing injections to spend money with people who can’t manage professional communication with busy professional women.

Scheduling is not supposed to be stressful. Snippy people at the front are unnecessary.
You can’t make women feel beautiful if you are acting ugly.

Reached out online and they got back to me immediately, when I asked questions about cost, I never got a reply. I waited a few days and reached out again, but never got a reply. Ended up booking with a more professional medical center in town that is more upfront with pricing and could answer my questions.

Everyone at the G-Spa is wonderful. I've been going here for a few laser tattoo removal treatments, and everything from scheduling to treatment has been a smooth process. Cayley (RN) is amazing. She is great at her job and makes sure you are comfortable and understand the process, but she also is a delightful person to talk to and very caring.
If you find yourself looking for a medical spa, I recommend going to the G Spa!

If you need tattoo fading or removal, this is the place to go. The G Spa has been a welcoming and stress-free aspect of my life that I actually look forward to visiting. I've never run into a problem with scheduling, treatment services, or location. the staff are all extremely friendly and accommodating, and they keep a nice relaxed atmosphere. Cayley was my nurse for treatment; her positive attitude and friendly demeanor made the treatment process so much easier. The staff at G Spa ensure you have a clear understanding of the service you're asking for and talk you through the preparation, treatment, and recovery processes in depth. Highly recommend for anyone considering tattoo removal/fading.
