I called in to make two appointments to the shop for the first time around 3:20pm. I was able to schedule the first one at 4:30pm and I want to believe the second one was right after the first one with Marcos for a friend of mine. I didn’t receive a time for my second appointment. I was never asked my name, phone number, if this was my first time as a client and make me aware of their “strict on-time policy” a “policy “ were the barber time is valuable but not the same for the client’s time (they have one or two clients with appointments waiting to be seen by their barbers). Basic costumer service questions from a business.

I arrived 10 minutes late and introduced myself to the barbers and I was told they can’t take me cause I was late 10 minutes and he took another client. Which I understood that I guess that’s how it is and another barber was kind to take me after the client he was working on.

So what happened with my second appointment ? Marcos just couldn’t take me for my second appointment neither so I decided to not wait for the barber that was nice enough to take of me, since my second appointment for some reason was canceled too.

Myself working in costumer service, I make sure to take basic info of my client and explain about my on time policy that is not anywhere to be found. Make sure to take care of my second appointment and try to ask my other barbers if they can accommodate the late appointment if no one is available a least you are trying to take care of the client and that’s a 5 star review on the future. I prefer to support any other local barbershop that are many with talented barbers in the area with better costumer service. Appreciated the barber at this shop for trying to accommodate me.

I Had a great experience coming here. Marcos did a great job on my haircut and trimming my beard, and was really friendly and personable. It was good vibes all around. Great atmosphere in the shop. I Would definitely recommend.

Great shop with a cool aesthetic. Marcos is professional and personable, but the proof of a good barber is in the feeling of walking out more confident and knowing you look good. Local folks in the other chairs and an environment that is very welcoming. Couldn’t be happier with my cut or experience.

Adrian did my kiddos hair today and it was amazing! He was super patient, asked my kid exactly how he wanted it and it turned our great. As long as he is there, we will be life long customers.
