Place has gone wayyyyy down hill. I should never have to line myself up after getting home from the barbershop. No one seems to know what a taper/fade is in this place. Dude was talking and moving around the entire time I was supposed to be getting a haircut. Started 10 minutes late and they don’t use a straight razor anymore. I will not be coming back

We were originally trying to get into a different location, but they got held back and sent us here. We were promised that we'd still be first in the wait list and guess what, we were! So it started out great! Then David helped my very nervous son (hadn't had a real haircut in over 3 years) get a gentleman's cut! He was very patient with my son, complimented him, and simply did a great job!
Outside of my experience, one of the people that I saw trying to get to the other place too, also ended up here and was en by someone right after us. So I'd say this place really does their best to make sure everyone leaves with the best experience! Highly recommend!

Been regularly attending this barber shop for a while, and for good reason too. The atmosphere inside is super nice, especially if you like country rock music. The staff here do a great job for fairly reasonable prices too. They’re always friendly and willing to talk, and you’re guaranteed to come out looking fantastic. I would recommend any guys looking for a great place to show up here.

That being said, I’d also recommend anyone wanting to come here to schedule a same-day appointment online, it’s very easy and will guarantee you a spot.

I have been taking both my sons here for about a year and they both love it! Fantastic haircuts, yes… but so much more! Took time to teach my young sons how to style their hair. Great atmosphere! And just incredible people. When my son “maybe” lost his hearing aide in the store, one of the guys went dumpster diving to look for it. I didn’t even find out about that until one of the other employees jokingly told me later. They are just kind, talented people. Great place!

We’re new to the area and in need of a barber, this spot was close by so we decided to try it out. My son is particular with his barbers so we were extremely lucky to find Jackie. She was extremely gentle and really styled his hair to suit him. We definitely recommend this place.

5 stars for haircuts but the pricing blows me away every time! $31 for mens haircut now, times 2 plus tip for each barber now runs us $74. That's with only an 18% tip! I'd love to tip more but how can we? We have tried in vain to find a cheaper place to cut their hair but they are always disappointed, as am I when I look at the inferior cut I saved money on.
My 1 sons super thick hair presents a challenge for the inexperienced barber. Great American Barber Shop is the ONLY place we've found that does an amazing job.
Best place we've found, they always cut my Teen sons hair exactly like they both want... which if you have a teen you know that is hard to find! G.A.B. is the best by far.

Second horrible experience at this location. Thought I would give them a second chance because really needed a cut. Brown hair and glasses wouldn't stop staring at me in disbelief. Heads up, women do go to barbers. Blonde disappears to the back and never returns. Brown hair says after at least 5 mins that I don't think she is coming back. Did she offer to go get her, nope! I am just done and won't be back. My kid won't be either because I fund his cuts and won't spend another penny here. Customer service training and inclusivity training are seriously needed.
