Called this morning at opening time and was fit in just 2 hours later for a cut. Claudia layered and styled my boring hair and made me feel amazing! For such a beautiful cut it was very inexpensive, and her customer service is on point ? first time at The Hair Factory and they made me feel like family. 10/10 will definitely be returning!! (Can't add a photo of my hair due to a glitch on Google's part 🙁 gorgeous layers though! She asked me specifics on how I wanted the cut and it turned out exactly how I envisioned!)

Claudia is wonderful and really listens to what you want. She styled my hair for a themed Rock'n Roll party in 2019 that included dyed hair extensions. I told her what I wanted and the end result was amazing!!
