angel has been taken care of me for over a year now and has always been a fantastic experience. He always gives me exactly the haircut I want. The whole staff was friendly and welcoming. Booking an appointment was easy, and I didn't have to wait at all. Definitely dojt plan on going to any other barber as long as this place is open. Thank you guys!!

Taking my son for a haircut can be a gamble, but The Hide Room was a win! Our barber, Angel, was fantastic. He's friendly and professional and listens to what my son wants for his hair. The shop itself is super clean and inviting. We'll definitely be back - thanks Angel!

This review is not about the quality of haircut.

Tried for two days to set an appointment but their system, Booksy, requires an account setup (which is annoying and unnecessary) to send an OTP which isn’t working. This makes it impossible to set an appointment. I’ve also been calling since and they don’t pick up their phone. There’s no way to get in touch with them without walking in (and they don’t take walk ins).

Very frustrating experience that there’s no legit way to set up an appointment or contact them. Would like to give a better review but have no idea how.

You must have misunderstood my review or not read it. I was not complaining that you do not accept walk-ins. I do not mind setting appointments. I was trying to inform you that your online system, Booksy, is broken and will not allow me to set an appointment. The OTP does not send. I have also tried calling and emailing but you don't reply or pick up. So I tried writing a review and you still seemed to have missed the point of my message. There is still no way to get in touch and book an appointment.

Third time going here and I still love it. Got my hair styled by Damaris and she did a fantastic job! I usually have a really hard time finding a stylist/barber who can do a decent haircut let alone how I like it. But she knocked it out of the park. Not only does she deliver quality hair styling, but her tips on maintenance, and above all, her consistency in ensuring that the end result looks like what I asked for is what keeps me coming.

Guys, if you haven’t been here before - it is absolutely worth checking out. $40 for a cut - and I got a nice HOT towel and hair style with it.

I brought my son to this affordable barbershop near our place. I like their services because they always made sure of what is best for their clients. My son looks handsome with his newly cut hair. Really nice shop. James gave my husband and I great cuts. The vibe was really old-school and relaxed. The cuts were modern and in trend. The hot towel and straight razor touch up of the detail work was really nice. Alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are also offered. The price is very common for LA, nothing unusual there.

There is a reason I like coming here and it is because the service is professional, clean, and punctual. I never had to wait and after a year of not getting a professional haircut, I was impressed with how clean they keep their equipment from cleaning doorknobs, clippers, disinfected chairs, etc. All for your comfort. In short, everything is professional down to the transaction.
