I think that getting a haircut here was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Usually I go to other places and they always cut my hair uneven on one side but Liv knew exactly how to do it and I would honestly recommend her to anybody who goes here. Liv goes beyond when she’s cutting hair and I’ve been back numerous times but every time she cuts my hair you can tell how passionate she is about what she does. I have been a client of David’s for a couple of years, and he has consistently given me great haircuts and beard trims. I can be a bit precise with my beard, and Dave is always patient with me, he clarifies what I want and delivers on my expectation, and that's why I take my sons to see him as well.

I have a 17-year-old with wild, thick, curly hair, who does whatever it wants to, and my son gave up trying to style it. Took him to see Dave, and not only did he get a great cut, but Dave took the time to give him pointers on how to style and manage it.

My 13 year old has a gnarly Afro and is apprehensive about getting it trimmed up; however, he does enjoy going to see Dave pays attention to detail, and my son’s hair is always trimmed perfectly even.

Liv has been my barber for the last 6 months and I won’t go to anyone else! I can be picky with how I want my high bald fade and every other barber I been to before didn’t get it right, but liv knew exactly what I was going for. Fades always come out super clean. I have been going here for years and every time I go, it simply does not disappoint. If you are looking for a true vintage barber cut then you have to go visit David See at the Roosevelt st. location. Don’t forget to ask him where he’s trained his techniques from, he’s got plenty of stories. He can give you exactly what you want, or sometimes I just trust him to give me a fresh new look.
