Came here to get blonde hair done by Angeline. Clearly there was some kind of miscommunication because patches of the hair were orange. Ended up coming back to get it fixed and they managed to make it so much worse than it was before. The stylists all agreed that there was nothing wrong with my hair… even though the client was crying and unhappy. Clearly an uncomfortable situation. After this they refused to try and fix it again. They also refused to give a refund. Horrible customer service and rude employees. She acted like the client goes around to get her hair ruined and then “wants money” who even does that? The manager Natasha discriminated against customer who was truly just disappointed and sobbing to her hair stylist while manager falsely claims she was “throwing a tantrum.”

I have been coming to the London Hair Company since it opened its doors in 1994. My hairdresser at that time was the prior owner Norman Hughes who sadly passed away in April 2017. On his passing, Natasha took over the salon. She started working there as a stylist in 1994 and we became friendly. I have gotten to know her very well since the day she started as I was very good friends with Norman. Natasha currently cuts and colors my hair for the last 8+ years since Norman’s passing. She is an honest businesswoman and a stand up person and a fantastic stylist to deal with all my cowlicks! . She runs an honest salon and her staff have been with her for many years. I have personally witnessed the hair she has done for her client as well as those of Angeline. I am at the salon about every 6 weeks and I have never heard one negative comment coming from any customer about the work done by ANYONE AT THE SALON. In fact I have personally witnessed clients praise everyone’s work and especially Angeline and clients are always complimentary to her. I listen and observe people and these are things I have witnessed firsthand. I am super super picky about who cuts my hair and there is no way I would ever patronage any salon that provided poor customer service. or whose stylists weren’t the best and weren’t kind people. The London Hair Company has a stellar reputation in the Studio City community and has been a fixture at their location since 1994. I have recently been made aware of these negative reviews through Google alerts and these review are absolutely not genuine. Look through the salon’s other reviews and review their yelp account too. They have outstanding ratings then all of a sudden these posers all of a sudden had horrible service by the same stylist? I don’t think so. Plus I Natasha the owner called them out and said even they aren’t even customers. These individuals should be very careful of posting slanderous and negative comments as they can be held liable for those. The London Hair Company is an Aveda concept salon and Aveda holds them to the absolute highest standards of quality and customer care. They are not Supercuts!! They are kind and caring professionals who do not let ANYONE WALK OUT OF THEIR SALON UNLESS THEY ARE 100% completely satisfied with the WORK. People do your homework and do not let a group of clearly very unhappy people influence you. I am of the mindset that NO ONE SHOULD POST A NEGATIVE REVIEW OF ANY BUSINESS UNLESS YOU HAVE EXHAUSTED EVERY AVENUE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE WITH THE BUSINESS ITSELF. THESE PEOPLE DID NO SUCH THING which in itself is a telling sign these reviews are fake. If you want beautiful color, and an absolute 100”%% fantastic haircut at a salon who uses the best products in the Industry, Aveda, then run don’t walk to the London Hair Company. As a 27 year customer I can tell you, you won’t be disappointed!!! Thank you Natasha and everyone at the salon for always taking the best care of my mop!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Angeline has mastered her craft!! She is a gem ? and I am so very happy with the result (and so is my fiance). I came in with hair loss concerns and she suggested shorter with layers (I had thought of this so it was a relief that we were on the same page), she suggested certain vitamins(omega-3, C, and B), and gave me other tips for my hair. She went above and beyond with information for my hair health and detail in my haircut, especially related to how my hair would move when I dance (which is one of my favorite hobbies). I was excited to feel her sincere enthusiasm and HER excitement for the style I chose. It was a joyful experience ☺? Thank you, Angeline!

Came to this store because my mom came here and got her hair dyed blonde the stylist said come back if you want me to change anything. The roots were a bit oragne so she decided to come back to get it fixed so she comes back and then they dyed the roots completely orange, so my mom calls them and they say that she was imagining things and overreacting because they saw no issue with it, they then said she cannot come back into the store and they will not refund her, so me and mu sister went in to ask because maybe they didn't like my mom but they threatened to call the cops, were mean to us and, said she was yelling at them but couldn't recall what she'd said. Safe to say you should never come here because the customer service is terrible and they do not put out good work, they couldn't at least be nice terrible buisness.

I dislike the results of my hair. Customer service was incredibly disrespectful specifically the manager Natasha, as well as the colorist Angeline. Would never come here again and would never recommend this place to a single person.

I’ve been coming to the London hair company for years. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and they always have full stock of all the Aveda products I’m looking for. Natasha the owner is very friendly and accommodating.

First time at this salon and they squeezed me in at the last minute with Rosemary. She was so considerate, listened to what I wanted, and gave me an amazing cut and color. Highly recommend.

Rosemary was awesome. I have thin, fine, curly hair. Your basic nightmare to cut well. Having never been to the shop before, they paired me with Rosemary based on her skill with my kind of hair. She took her time, talked with me about what I wanted, and I came away happy and looking great.
