TLDR: Peter made me enjoy going to the barber again.

I am new to the area and haven't had a haircut in a long time. I have been disgusted by barbers greeting me with "Appointment Only" when I walk through the door and when they do cut hair, it's an awkward silent overcharged session making hair cuts just another chore I needed to knock out. One day at work, I had a customer talk greatly about this barbershop and I decided to give it a try.

When I first walked in, it was late and they were fully booked but Peter took my number down and offered to get me a haircut first thing the next morning. Even when something came up, he was willing to cut my hair after closing since he promised me a cut that day. He was very friendly to all the clients including me, and still giving me an amazing haircut after a long day of cutting heads. I usually fear being the last one because a barber might be exhausted and do poor work, but Peter still did an amazing job and gave me the same hospitality if I was the first person in that day.

This experience brought back the feel I had in High school hanging out at a barbershop, having the barbers not be just people but even your friends, and coming out with the look you wanted. I have so much great things to say, and I am looking forward to the next session. Keep up the good work!

Had one too many bad experience at chain places so I tried The PAC. Didn't make an appointment and just walked in. Chad was super friendly but booked solid. He recommended that I text Stephen as he might have something available the next day. Best haircut I've ever had. Stephen has been cutting my hair for around a year and I have no plans to change. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Excellent service, first time here. It was enough to show a photo of the previous hairstyle and master Stephen did everything in the best possible way. I recommend, don’t forget to make a reservation - there are a lot of people who want a quality haircut in a friendly environment.

We made the appointment, got the cut and it was great! Cut, service, price and location. We're so happy to have such a great shop in our neighborhood

Great quality of service and very personable barbers. These people really know what they're doing and my husband and I were super impressed with their quality of work. Definitely set an appointment because they keep busy. The only minor thing was that the music they were playing was very loud with pretty explicit lyrics, so keep that in mind if you have sensory sensitivities or little kids.

He was willing to fit me in his busy schedule and did a fantastic job with my flattop. They've recently started the business, so was very glad to be a customer hoping for their success.
