You can still see the blue polish I had on before all in the corners of my toe nails and she didn’t even coat the entire nails. Sloppy for $45. I definitely won’t be returning…

I’ve been going to Adela for years just to be embarrassed in their salon because I wanted to leave before finishing due to the nail tech hurting my feet even after repeatedly telling her my foot is feeling stil. Their response saying it didn’t hurt and talking about me in another language knowing I don’t understand. They charged me full price and over charged my card to almost $100. When we brought the issue to the owner Adela her response was “Have a nice day.” And rushed us out. Extremely unprofessional.

Dianna was doing my 14yr nails for a quinceanera and was rude, disrespectful, had no customer service skills. As I was explaining to her that she had cut my daughter's nail way to short and very uneven. She cut me off speaking over me as if I was a kid telling her to let her do her job! Well her job is do it it right the first time and if not to own up to her mistakes and fix them.... These were absolutely to worst nails I have ever seen done on me or any of my girls!!! I highly suggest never to go here! Getting her nails done for the party were suppose to be a fun experience but Dianna turned it into an absolute terrible mess!!

Linda has given me pedicures for over 5 years now. She is extremely good at what she does. I wouldn't go to anyone else. Vann has my nails fir the same period of time. She is always gracious to fit me in when she can. She is a professional with nails. Thank you both.

Worst nail job ever! Pedicure was ok, (done with regular polish), but he clearly did not know how to remove or apply SNS dip powder. He sanded the skin around my fingers on every finger so they are sore. I have dried dip left on my fingers, and he took the color off of the tip of 3 of my nails while he was sanding to do the top coat, and had to redo them. He also used the wrong color so my nails do not match my toes.

I took my daughter here for mother daughter manicure and pedicure. I walked in and there were four people working and two clients just finishing up. They sat us down to do our pedicures and the one lady started on my daughter and the other one ran ot the door mumbling something about she had to go. I sat and watched the remaining employees do their own nails and text on their phones. While I sat and waited until the water go cold. No one talked t ome no one offered to do my nails or explain why the tech left. She returned at the one tech was finishing my daughters nails. She asked why no one had helped me they said it was her turn. I told them not to worry about it I no longer wanted to get my nails done as my daughter is almost done. They all said oh I am sorry I can do it now. But I had no more time to spend there as my daughter was done. Terrible customer service! I will never return to this place very rude.

Went in just for nails. I ended up having my toes match and I got a "Delux Pedicure" words can't describe. It was amazing! It cost a little more but we'll worth it. Henry (not sure that spelt correctly) but the Asian gentlemen. He was wonderful. He did both my nails and pedicure!
