I had a 1pm appointment. I am new to the area and had no idea how bad downtown parking was. I called to let them know I would be 5 minutes late. It took longer to find parking than I realized. I was 15 minutes late. They refused service and charged me $20 for not showing up. I asked to reschedule but they would not waive the $20 fee. The receptionist was extremely rude. I felt unwelcome and the receptionist couldn't care less about me as a customer. STAY AWAY unless you want to be treated terribly.

This is the best barbershop in SLO by far! I've been going here for years and have got a consistently great haircut every time. Zach is my go to barber but all of them are great. Fun atmosphere, quality cuts, cool shop with clothes. This place is the best. Get your next cut here, you won't regret it.

Great guy spot for hair cuts. Barbers are big, heavy tattoo kind of guys so keep your attitude in check. They are good with kids provided the kids are well behaved. Book a reservation in advance.

First time I came here I signed up for a "skin fade" of course like every other barber, it just never happens. Today I went in for a scheduled appointment at 1:00. I'm told it will be 5 min. 1:23 comes around and nothing. I go up front to cancel appointment because I don't want a rushed haircut. I have to go back to work at 2. They tell me it won't be rushed.... my appointment is 1:00-1:45 wdym won't be rushed? No haircut for arguably one of the biggest days of my life tomorrow....

Their online reservation system is very easy. Took just a few seconds for the whole process, using google as a login for a "Reserva" account.

I picked a barber at random, since I hadn't met any of the guys at the time of reservation. Mike took great care of me and I really like how it turned out. Thanks!

Cool spot, great fades!

Lots of products for the hipster male consumer. The barber I had was awesome, easy to talk to and cleaned up my hair / neck nice.

They take credit card right through their phones and you make appointments from their Instagram links.
