My brother booked a facial for me as a Christmas gift and it was amazing!! The staff were so nice and welcoming. Alyssa did my facial, she was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She took the time out to write down a skin routine to follow as a newbie, I need the help and she never pushed any products on me🙏 . When I left there my skin was soft, smooth, and glowing. I had an amazing platinum hydro facial with Alyssa at 11:30am today and she was so amazing, her personality and sense of humor was A+++. I would highly recommend the facial and her to anyone looking for a great service and a good time. I’m sure she’s just as amazing if you just want a quiet experience but I wanted to talk and she was there to listen and make me laugh. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Id give her 10 stars if I could. You were the person I needed in my life today 💕

Courtney did AMAZING with my facial today, and that says a lot for me. In the past, I never really enjoyed facials because I didn't find them relaxing and it often ended in a lecture about taking care of my skin. Courtney gave me the most relaxing and wonderful experience this morning. Plus, she shared some products and recommendations without making me feel badly about my current skincare routine. My husband got me a giftcard here for christmas and before going I thought I would just use the gift card and go, but now after such an amazing experience I am considering their membership so I can go see her once a month. Love this spa such a great feeling when you walk in. The vibe is amazing the girls are all so friendly!! I have been seeing Kate for my facials for a few months now and I’m super impressed how my face has been feeling and looking. I get so many complements. She goes above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable always. I really am enjoying my monthly facials and hope to continue! I absolutely 💯 recommend The Rose Spa and Kate! Excellent.

Had an excellent time. Staff was amazing and made everything personal. I would highly recommend Rose spa. The interior decorating was something I have never scene before they even wrapped the ac ducts i thought that was awesome. I am a guy that has never had a facial and deff will do again. Was so so relaxing. The massage was just as good if not better than most franchise places. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners and they care for their staff and customers like I have never experienced before. They engage with their customers not just behind the scenes. Definitely will be going again.

This is my first time booking a appointment and my experience was amazing. The massage was wonderful and got some areas that were important. I love the atmosphere and it smelled amazing. It was a phenomenal experience. I felt heard and seen by Kristi. She had great tips and recommendations for discomfort. I also had a warm welcome and I feel amazing after everything. I definitely recommend this spa and Kristi was amazing and thoughtful.
