Went to get some highlights in my hair, a haircut and my nose & ears waxed. Yolanda was extremely helpful and courteous as I don't trust anyone to do my hair. I used an AI generator to generate a haircut that I thought looked good. Yolanda took a glance or two at the picture and matched the style/color/and tone perfectly. I'm extremely satisfied with the result and will be coming back when all this grows back

We’ve been coming here for over a year. All the hair stylists are excellent and walk ins are welcome but busy, naturally on weekends. The bar has great beers and the popcorn is amazing! We became annual members after a few months which provided a lot of amazing perks. Very cool place in Tucson mall!!

Just had one of the best haircuts ever, thanks to Marcus. I usually put off getting a cut until the last possible moment because no one ever seems to get it right. It’s always way too short, and my cowlicks end up doing their own thing. But Marcus actually listened, and for the first time in a long time, I walked out with a haircut that was spot on.

Also, I’m not the biggest fan of small talk, and it seemed like he picked up on that. He didn’t try to keep the conversation going, which my anxiety definitely appreciated ?

Worst salon I’ve ever been to!
Not experts with bleaching hair or applying hair extensions. They advertise it outside their business as if they can get the job done. That is false advertisement.
They talk bad about customer’s when things are brought to their attention. I was in the salon for two days worked in between customers. I was there for hours. I straightened my own hair because the stylist had two other customers she was working on. The first day I watched a guy go in asking for platinum hair. I heard staff tell him they could get the job done. The guy left with orange hair with a burnt scalp. He went in back a second day just like I had to. All they did was talk bad about him since he didn’t speak English. Very unprofessional!
I initially went in to get highlights and the stylist said she would need to take my extensions out to make sure the job would be done right. Stylist took my extensions out assuring she could get the job done right. Stylists did not have the products needed for extensions and had an issue putting my extensions back in. She reused the same beads I had and didn’t put in all my extensions back in. My extensions were expensive and they are ruined because of this salon. THEY FELL OUT WITHIN HOURS!
I contacted the owner Kim via text to raise my concerns I had been in the salon for two days. After Kim agreed to refund me the removal and installation of the hair extensions she did not refund me the full amount. I still haven’t seen anything refunded. I messaged Kim asking about the amounts. It’s been a month and this has yet to been resolved.
That’s just an idea of how concerns are handled within this business.

I drive from SV to Tucson just to get my hair cut here. The barbers are great, the atmosphere is welcoming and they really make you feel like a part of the family. I’ve come in multiple times without an appointment and they created availabilities to accommodate me.
