I had a lovely 90 minute facial with Joanie. The product line they use is amazing, left my skin, feeling so soft and glowing. Her massage touch was very intuitive, and I felt extremely relaxed, the hot towel, hot stones, steam, and massage techniques were excellent. Joanie is a lovely personable woman, and was very helpful when I was selecting items to purchase. Thank you Joanie for making my first experience at the Seagate Spa a memorable one. I would highly recommend Joanie to my friends and family and will be a returning customer.

A great stay for our honeymoon! Under renovation so there were some things we were not able to use at hotel, but it was an amazing experience. We loved Delray and would recommend this hotel and spa to anyone looking to go to Delray.

I have debating on whether to leave a review or not but after a few days of thinking about it, I thought I should.
I recently went in to get a massage and my experience was very unpleasant.
My masseuse was very rude. She asked me in the beginning what I would like her to focus on and I said back and traps. After about 20-30 min, she asks me to turn around and I explained that I just wanted her to focus on my back instead. She takes a step away from me, throws her hands up and angrily tells me that she times her massages and I should have told her that in the beginning. Um… I did.
So I tell her we can just end the session now and she continues yelling at me and says we basically need to finish the rest of the session because I paid for an hour.
So I lay back down and she continued my massage while I was completely stressed out.
Once the massage was finished, she asked me if everything was good and I said it was great, thank you. Her response, ‘I WASN’T FISHING FOR A COMPLIMENT’ in a condescending tone, told me I could get up when ready and left the room.

I left their spa feeling worse than when I came in. I was so stressed and upset.

Seagate needs to do better when hiring masseuses. And I will never get a massage there again.

One of my favorite spas. I typically go for massages, but I haven gotten a mani/pedi in the past as well. The waiting area is very pretty, champagne is served and you can go in their steam room afterwards as well. They have many options for different types of massages.
