My family and I recently visited the Spa and Sauna Company to purchase chemicals for our new hot tub. As a novice in hot tub maintenance, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service we received from Liam. Within minutes, he had us set up with everything we needed and even provided a tutorial on maintaining our tub.

Liam's expertise made the process smooth and efficient, and we were in and out of the store in no time. To top it off, he went the extra mile by giving my kids a rubber ducky, which they absolutely loved!

Overall, our experience at Spa and Sauna Company was fantastic, thanks to Liam's professionalism and helpfulness. We highly recommend this establishment!

Bought my spa here in 2020. Sale, delivery and installation went super smooth. I’ve used their valet detailing service several time; Very satisfied.

In December 2023, my tub had an electrical issue. I was able to get an appointment within a week. The tech, Doug, was excellent, efficient and friendly. Fixed the problem quickly.

Bought our spa from here three years ago and have been very happy with it. The installation was quick and efficient and any questions were promptly answered. Unfortunately a month ago the spa developed a leak and that's what prompted me to write a review. Donna in their service department has gone above and beyond to help us offset the cost of this out of warranty repair. She has strongly advocated for us in multiple exchanges with the factory and is saving us a substantial chunk of money on the repair. Bought our hot tub from here in 2021, Beam II I think is the model. Works great and we love it. We use it constantly. I noticed that the Ozone module wasn't working properly, called The Spa and Sauna to setup a service call, they sent Doug out and he fixed it, no problem.
