Maltrato me dejo en mucho tiempo esperando me engañaron sobre una entrevista de trabajo para masajista y fue mentira me hicieron ir por gusto me trataron muy mal un pésimo servicio me atendió la señora Maritza y solo me supo decir que hubo un mal entendido después de haberme tenido 1 hora sentada y aver aplicado por internet y aver confirmado mi cita no recomiendo este spa para nada poco profesional maltrato al costumer service poca limpieza horrible el mal trato No recomiendo el spa no pierdan su dinero!!!!

Abuse left me waiting for a long time, they deceived me about a job interview for a masseuse and it was a lie, they made me go for pleasure, they treated me very badly, a terrible service, Mrs. Maritza attended me and she only knew how to tell me that there was a misunderstanding after having had me 1 hour sitting and applying online and confirming my appointment I do not recommend this spa at all unprofessional mistreatment of the costumer service poor cleaning horrible bad treatment I do not recommend the spa do not waste your money

All staff is super friendly and helpful. One complaint I have is how the facility is run in the sense of no managers being present when needed and the concierge and other staff seem to be overwhelmed by either lines of people or simply trying to keep up. All amenities are very nice from the pools to the spas and gym. Would recommend attentive managers to assist with clients requests not a concierge with limited access and knowledge struggling to upkeep when there’s people in positions made to help in these exact situations is unacceptable

Personally LOVEEEE this spa! So many things to enjoy within the spa and it’s really clean. The pool and pool bar is really nice and the food tastes great. The beach set up is nice and it’s very private. The locker area and showers are also really clean. Highly recommend this. I’ve brought my mom and my best friends and they’ve all loved it.

Wow! I had an amazing birthday spa/beach day! Everyone was so sweet with genuine smiles! The beach service was nice. The spa amenities were really lovely. It was fun to try new things like the “storm immersion showers” and the igloo! The massage was wonderful and relaxing. I am going to unsolicited suggest this place to anyone talking about going to Miami. It’s not the nicest day spa that I’ve been to, but with a Groupon or ResortPass or something along those lines, it’s worth it!

It was very run down and old. Better spas to visit. Not sure why so many people like it here.

There is also no place to sit and relax if you want a break from the sauna, steam room etc. the employees were very friendly I did like the rainforest room for lack of better terms.

It is very hard to make initial contact however our experience here was absolutely impeccable. My massage was one of the very best I’ve had. The spa, food, and beach access make this an AMAZING self care day. Also the bar makes an amazing French 75, but be cautious bc the food and drink items are very pricey. Overall great experience
