A bit of a mixed experience… we managed to walk into reception to no one there and a staff member arguing with his girlfriend on the phone about all he does for her while we awaited assistance at check in for about 5 min, ultimately deciding to just come back later. When we returned new person was there and helpful even making a great dinner recommendation nearby. Room was amazing, but just a bit hard to forgive how our experience started. Also parking here just kinda sucks… no one at the desk really ever gave me clear instructions and signage directing you to the parking lot entry are missing given how difficult it is to find the entry. Every time it’s kind of a hassle to get into and out of.

My experience with Brandi was magical. Her technique and style exceeded my expectations. It was my first massage of any kind after a year of sitting in "at home" office chairs for hours a day. I could not recommend booking with her more. Do yourself a favor and schedule one when you can. (Yes, the 90 minute version is worth it if you can swing it).

My services were great but the overall atmosphere of the spa was not on par with the price point. Understandably due to COVID there are no refreshments offered besides bottled water but I was not offered any when I checked in. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment as instructed and was asked to hurry up and get changed. My appointment and my friends appointment was booked back to back due to availability which was fine but when booking I was sold this relaxing experience, that there were areas to sit and enjoy while we waited for each other. The only places to sit and enjoy were in full sun outside with absolutely no covering or shade. Additionally, these spaces were common areas of the hotel not specific to the spa. Overall I would not go back, again the services themselves were great but at that price point I expect an overall relaxing experience which was definitely not the case.

Brandi was an experienced and skilled massage therapist with the therapeutic benefit of a healer. The experience was relaxing and enjoyable reflecting excellent management. Clearly the highlight of our 3 night stay at Casa Madrona

Unbelievable experience!! Qadiri was my therapist for both a body wrap and hot stone massage. So professional, knowledgeable and able to help me unwind. I highly recommend her and the spa. I can’t wait to be back in town to experience the spa again.
