I recently visited The Upper Hand Spa for a pedicure and had an exceptional experience. Lisa was amazing! She was attentive, professional, and made me feel completely relaxed. The salon is clean, beautifully decorated, and has a very calming atmosphere. My feet have never felt so pampered! I highly recommend The Upper Hand Spa. This salon is amazing and not to mention how amazing Lisa’s signature pedicures are !!! Comfy massaging chair soft lighting and relaxing atmosphere-

Lisa was super friendly and suggested things to take care of my toenails and my feet as I am diabetic, she was amazing and very informative on how to maintain my feet. Thank you upper hand salon!!! Will definitely go back!

Absolutely heavenly pedicure!!! Lisa was incredible, the products are top notch, and the chairs are so comfy. They not only make your toes beautiful, but they do amazing skin and general foot care. I will be coming back here for all of my pedicures going forward!!

Perfect spot for relaxation and rejuvenation! All services, even mani and pedi services, are in private rooms. Really a nice change of pace from busy nail salons, with lots of noise and lights. I’ve been seeing the fabulous Lisa. She always leaves me feeling completely refreshed, with perfect feet as well.

I just had my very first pedicure with Katie and it was an amazing experience…. She’s top notch….friendly…funny…professional and very knowledgeable…not only did I get a beautiful pedicure but I left there with peace of mind that my feet are healthy…and no more pain in the toe nail that has been bothering me for a long time…anyway 10 out 10 stars…. I am delighted to submit a review about my experiences, while receiving services, at the Upper Hand Spa in La Mesa.
To begin, Lisa the proprietor is very welcoming. She is knowledgeable, hospitable and I felt comfortable the minute I walked in her foyer. Truely, in all sincerity, I felt as though I was in her home. She offered me tea or coffee, wine or champagne and even water. This offering has been consistent with all my visits. The freeway sounds are pronounced outside. Once you walk inside, it feels like another world!
I have been a client for a year or so, going every 4-6 weeks for a pedicure and/or facial. My husband has also basked in their services!
The technicians are amazingly caring and knowledgeable.
I HIGHLY recommend this Spa, the best ever!
