This shop is amazing. They’re always available to you. All of the employees are very friendly and welcoming. Tracey does incredible nail designs and is such a pleasure to spend time with.

Last time I got my nails done they were done proper, but this time the girl (not the same as before) really didn’t pay attention. It’s a good shape just BAD painting. After I got the chrome rub she didn’t even have me wash my hands and the excess dust is still on my hand.
I will say they do well generally and are very nice people. However, when you pay money you want it perfect.

Out of the many nails salons I have visited over the years in this county, my experience here was the best by far. The friendliness, welcoming environment and soothing music is the perfect compliment to indulging yourself in one of their many services offered. I had a full nail set put on, a Deluxe Pedicure and my eyebrows done. The Deluxe pedicure came with a glass of wine or champagne to enjoy during the service. My tech for the pedicure was very nice, polite, took her time with massage and spoke English which was great! I was able to relax and actually enjoy my time. The nail tech which was actually the owner also took his time and my nails were a special case since I am a nail biter by anxiety, so he did not have alot to work with. He explained the anatomy of the nail bed and the things he was doing to help expand the life of my acrylic nails and the the follow up time period for best results. He also spoke English and provided great conversation. My eyebrow tech was quiet, efficient and also did well! If you are struggling like I was to find a great place to go for these services, I recommend trying this place out for sure!

I highly recommend Tiki Nails. Very clean and professional. My husband and I love going for pedicures. It is so relaxing and all the attendants are very professional. Tracy always does my nails and I am always pleased. It’s easy to make an appointment and the owners are so friendly. Very reasonable prices. You can’t go wrong at Tiki Nails.

paid for someone to get their nails and toes done first day I was in and out but I watched and heard them YELLING at customer and treating her badly for no reason then the lady ripped her toe off so it had to get acrylic half the employees didn't speak English made her come back 3 days in a row well today I gave her money to give the lady a nice tip hoping she would do a great job at the end I asked for the final pictures and she sent me her feet all crusty and nasty and told me the owners said that they don't care if the employees promised to fix it that they watched the cameras and that they tried their best and they won't be attempting to fix her feet this place is not a good nail salon they owe her more than a free pedicure nasty attitude funny part is we had planned next weekend a few more services well that won't be happening cant be in business talking to people bad or letting them leave out of your salon with cuts and not even close to smooth feet cant tell someone oh well you came in many days ago maybe your feet got like that she was there 3 days in a row. not even an apology nothing at all 150$ and she's not happy had a friend with her that even said the place is unprofessional hoping to post in all the groups in Ocala to let them know about how they treat people and their resolution

This is the second time that I've gone here to get my feet done. So thankful for the skills of the people here. Tom did my feet and did a wonderful job. Of course he did not speak that much English but that's. My experience has been a good one I'm so appreciative. Thank you I definitely recommend this place. This woman today was very gentle with my feet even cutting the ingrown on my big toes. Thank you so much Mary you are a pro. I felt no pain. Like the last time this one guy did my feet. He hurt me. So bravo Mary. I will request her from now on.
