This was one of the worst manicure experiences I have ever had. I walked into a room full of people and the employees started yelling directions at me from across the room, it was really jarring. I don't like to get gel nail polish done because typically they will rough up your nails quite a bit beforehand and I don't want that done, so I just do regular nail polish. They gave me grief for just getting regular nail polish and not gel polish, and then because I had some glitter nail polish on instead of taking the time to remove it, they just sanded it off and scuffed my nails up really badly. After cutting my nails, the lengths and shapes of the nails themselves were uneven and did not match each other, and they were so rough after using the emery board on them that they felt and looked jagged. Then the nail polish they used for the first coat was really thin and streaky, so they switched to a different one for the second coat. It was still streaky, and then the polishes started separating in this really weird way. Additionally, they were in a huge rush to get me out the door and so I was funneled to the desk to pay and had to reach into my pocket to get my wallet before my nails were dry, so it started stripping the polish off of one of them. All in all, a stressful, horrible experience. I don't really have super high expectations for manicures, but this did not meet any of them at all. I went home and immediately had to redo them, they were catching on fabric it was so bad and rough and the nail polish was separating and looked terrible. Super disappointed with my experience. It wasn't that pricey, $25 and then a $5 tip, but way too much for the result that I ended up with.

Great Experience! Randomly chosen, as we are traveling but I’m sure glad I chose this spot! Very rarely do I show a technician a picture and they make it look even better than picture! This happened here! Would definitely recommend! Upbeat, happy and friendly staff!

I believe this salon is under new ownership, I don’t know for how long but it’s different inside from last fall.
Awful, just awful experience. He nicked my nail while removing my old dip; basically he pushed too hard on my thumb nail and sanded into the nail. In no way did I ask for square nails but I left with square nails. I specifically asked for matte multiple times and left with shiny nails because he said “I think shiny looks better.” The dip powder is very thick on my nails and chunky. He was not able to do the design I asked for but didn’t just say that to me so I chose my color based on the design and then ended up getting a different design that was easier with a color that I wouldn’t have chosen with the design I got. The experience was not personable and they were rushing me out to get the next girl in my seat.
I wouldn’t recommend going here if you don’t have to.

DO NOT GO HERE. A little back story, about a month ago my sister and I went here to get our nails done, we both got gel nails, I had a design on mine, hers did not hers was $10 more than mine which was strange but went on our way fast forward to today I got new nails that were gel, same design, different color. The price I’ve always paid for gel, with a design is $45-$55, after he does my nails, he charges me $80… $80 that’s absurd, a 35-45 dollar increase in a month? I then looked around and noticed they don’t have a sign for set prices, so another words they just make up their prices to whatever they feel like, unprofessional and disgustingly unethical, then he practically told me to tip 25%, the audacity. Absolutely not, never ever will I be back. And please don’t go here it is not worth it. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!

Nana my girl she don’t a great job every time ? I wish she would start using a finer emery board on my nails. She is simply the sweetest best nail tech in the world ♥️♥️ happy new year
