It was quite warm inside, I felt gross and sweaty sitting in the massage chair while getting a pedicure. The man doing my pedicure was friendly and he did a nice paint job. The massage on my legs part was very meh.

They asked if I wanted the manicure at the same time and I said no, but then he said I should try dip nails as it’s safer on nails and lasts a long time. I agreed to try it and they started while I was still getting my pedicure which I wasn’t a fan of. The guy doing my manicure cut every single cuticle and I was bleeding, they were all inflamed and painful. I had to ask to wash my hands and for another person to remove the gunk from whatever they used on the sides of my nails that he didn’t remove.

Once the dip was removed a few weeks later you can see the damage! They’re still so brittle growing out. Beware of this place. I’ve had friends get dip nails and nothing like this happened to them.

I've been coming here since they first opened and they always have top notch customer service, giving always a luxury experience with results you're sure to love. Here's my latest!!! The tech was vaping on the job! Waited 45 minutes for a subpar job. It has been 6 days and their inferiority in products and procedures is quite obvious. Worst gel manicure I have ever gotten. Did not last. At all. I've paid less and had gel last 3 weeks. On top of it all, they seem to make up prices as they go. Never again.

Probably the worst manicure I've ever had. Uneven nails, different lengths, gel on my skin.
I don't know my nail tech's name but it seemed like she clearly didn't care to be there and rushed through my gel manicure. She did not use cuticle softener or oil.
The gel is poor quality(probably old) and seems like it didn't cure very well and is gummy with indentations. She asked me if I wanted to add on a pedicure and I'm watching her do my nails thinking hell no.
This place looks run down, like they're operating on the bare minimal. Now I have to find another place to fix my nails or do my best to fix them myself. Will never go back here ever again, BEWARE!

This is a beautiful upscale salon with great prices! The staff is super friendly! Offering me a glass of champagne or wine as soon as I walked in. They were very down to earth but very professional!

I think they’ve been deleting my review and photos of this place but I will still keep reposting it.

Stay far away! Very rude technicians. Awful attitudes, the front desk woman, Trang Ho, is a complete bully. There was a miscommunication in how I wanted my nails to be shaped and instead of being angry, I told her it was fine multiple times and that I just wanted her to finish one nail I had left. She decided to blame me for how my nails turned out, left me at the table with an unfinished nail and starts talking to her coworkers and my friend about me and how I was to blame. My cuticles are bleeding, dents, there's bubbles, and unfinished nail polish. When I went up to pay, the Manager told me if I didn't want to pay, he needed to take everything off my nails. Refusing to let them touch my nails again, Trang Ho said and I quote, "you just didn't want to pay, I know your type." A completely racist remark when my friend and I had been nothing but cordial and polite when they were verbally attacking us. Please do not come here unless you want to be treated poorly.

Staff is rude. I’ve been here several times and they never give me the shape I ask for and said it’s bc I’m getting a refill. This will be my last visit here. When I paid the lady claimed I owed $5 from last time trying to scam me out of more money. I have never owed on any of my services so this time I didn’t tip. I don’t reccoment this place at all.ill post a pic later my nails don’t even match.
