Called two other places and they had terrible customer service. Came in with my mom from out of town since we were working near here, called tonys and got in under 10 minutes. The people were very nice, and my nails looked very good. I will be coming back when I’m in town again.

Called to make sure there was room for a walk in in 45 minutes as I live 30 minutes away. I was five minutes late. They let me sit in the store for 15 minutes before they told me they wouldn’t be able to service me until after four people. They could’ve informed me that as soon as I walked in. The usual owner wasn’t there. They do have a very talented tail nech that works table two tho And I am always impressed with her work!

Most of the time I really like them, but the last time I went, I had an appointment and everything, I was rushed and my nails are bumpy and not done correctly. The color started chipping in 2 days. Had someone else fix it. But I will give them 1 more chance.

Horrible. Paid 60$ for " solar nails and nail art" which was actually gel on acrylic nails and stickers for the nail "art". 0/10 also force u to buy a nail kit

Owners are wonderful. Employees leave much to be desired. In need of professional, cleanliness and appropriate training. Employees are not a good reflection of this business. Unfortunately, it is consistent.
