I loved my deep-tissue massage with Monique. Before the session began, Monique let me choose between several homemade, scented oils. She explained the benefits of each scent and let me smell each one. I appreciated this because it added a different element to the experience. Not only was the massage a great way to release stress and tension, the scented oils extended that feeling of relaxation throughout my afternoon. Thank you, Monique. I will definitely be booking another session.

This is my second visit with Monique and, no disappointments! She listens to you explain your problem areas and has no problem focusing on those areas. This time I was suffering major tension headaches from frozen neck muscles. Needless to say, my headache disappeared after my session. I could feel the tension slipping away as she worked her magic. Her facility is impeccably clean, quiet and the warmth of the massage bed is so comforting. Don’t be surprised if you fall asleep during your session! As an added bonus, her homemade balms and other concoctions are made with your health in mind. If I could go once a week, I would. I have referred her to multiple people already and would have no problems continuing to refer her. She is professional and effective…all things you look for in a massage therapist.
