I requested layers, a trim and no chemical products. I was very stern about the no chemical products due to allergies. The beautician used a comb on my hair that had product on it, the comb was in a drawer with apparently hair extensions. I had an itchy scalp and rash on my head. I had about 2 layers cut, it was uneven to say the least.

The manager was very helpful and did take care of it. But, the fact that allergies were mentioned and the beautician didn't take that seriously is a 1 star to me. This could have been very bad.

Jamie cut my hair today and gave me the cutest bangs I could ask for. Every other stylist that has ever cut my bangs has royally F'd them up. Thank you Jamie for the confidence boost!

Took my son to get a haircut showed up at 5:35 I know they had multiple stylist there, waited 10 minutes while one girl was checking to see if anybody could cut his hair just to be told by another girl that they couldn't do it this evening, honestly just poor poor service these days!!!

Went in and got a full set of nails done. First it 2 1/2 hours or longer then three days later my nails are already breaking and come off...and it is not like I can come right in I live hour away. The girl was nice but other wise not happy.

Do not go to Rae nails I got a set of acrylics and she took forever on them and 4 of them broke before the first week was over. I texted her and she left me on read. The hair lady was great. Kira did really good on my hair.
