I have been going to Tri-County Primary Care for several months now and I must say that Dr Salmani and his ENTIRE staff are absolutely outstanding! EVERYONE is so friendly and helpful! The office manager, Kim, keeps everything running so efficiently and handled any snafu's that arose with my insurance with skill. There is barely any wait time and everything is aways so clean and tidy!
When I first started going there, I could not walk without crutches due to both knees needing to be replaced. Surgery has not been an immediate option. I was in CONSTANT pain to the point that I could barely sleep at night because if I moved my legs it would wake me up. It was getting harder and harder to take care of the necessities of everyday life and I was spiraling into a deep depression. I must say Dr Salmani and his amazing staff have gone above and beyond to get me back on the road to recovery. He has been giving me shots in my knees that are nothing short of miraculous! They are not the Cortisone shots that most doctors try to give you. I've had those and they only help for about 2 days...
After the first shot that he gave me in each knee I was actually able to sleep through the night without the pain waking me up! After the second set, I have been able to walk around mostly without crutches again. I have another appointment today and I feel like there is finally a light at the end of this dark tunnel I have been trapped in. Thanks to Dr. Salmani and his absolutely wonderful staff, I'm looking forward to the day when I can go on fun outings with friends again without slowing them down and being a burden or maybe even mow my own yard again! I feel like I've been given a new life! Thanks Tri-County Primary Care!😁

This clinic has poor management and when I requested medical records 4x, they never sent to my new primary doctor. I had tests done, doctor has not consulted me yet since November and now it's March. Waiting to be seen takes 2 or more hours. This is a small clinic.

I have been a patient of Dr Salmani since June and I'm amazed! Doc is kind, compassionate and actually takes the time to talk with his patients. I have respect and gratitude for the staff here! They rock! Doc gets behind some times but it's because he spends time explaining things to each of his patients. I can honestly say it's a blessing to have doctor Salmani as my doctor. He is knowledgeable about so many medical conditions and knows how to treat his clients.
If I could give doc 10 stars I would!!!
If you're looking for a primary doctor that knows his stuff this is the place to be!!! If you don't have insurance they will work with you.

They are always a minimum of an hour behind. Dr does not listen and his only answer is always come back in two weeks even if you complain his treatment is making you feel worse. He is only about the money!

The doctors and staff at Tri County Primary Care are wonderful. From the friendly receptionist at the front desk, to the office manager, to the nurses, all are friendly, compassionate, understanding, and efficient. Dr. Salmani is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to the patient. He has a way of making the patient feel at ease. When I have an issue, he is very thorough to discover the underlying cause and then prescribe the best treatment. When my wife had to go to the hospital she saw multiple doctors, none of which seemed to know what the others were doing and therefore we could not get a satisfactory answer. Dr. Salmani stayed on top of the case while she was in there and explained to us what was happening and prescribed the best treatment. Now she is recovering and is so much better. I highly recommend Tri County Primary Care.

Both Me and my wife absolutely had a great experience with Dr.Salmani & his staff, they were very knowledgeable and professional and they really care about their patients. I recently returned back to this clinic and wanted to say they were fast and very kind. My husband was having blood pressure issues and they really took care of him. I also was treated very kindly from everyone from the front desk to the doctors, they made sure I was taken care of for my health needs and I'm very appreciative. Thank you to everyone for their knowledge and concern. We will be back.
