We love Trimz.
I get my hair trimmed here every few months and this time I decided to get my hair professionally colored for the first time. I included a pic that shows my hair color before and a progress photo as well as the after pics. I asked for bright copper red hair and chose from swatches they had. I had been trying to get back to a vibrant copper color for about a year. I had been using e-salon but my hair was just too golden and faded looking I wanted the vibrancy back! I am so happy with the results! My stylist listened and did a great job (Yvonne).

My husband also gets his hair cut here by Lindsey and we are happy with his hair as well. He is growing out his hair so he can donate it but has an undercut done so that he can look presentable for work when wearing a hat. His hair is now long enough for a short pony tail and Lindsey has done a great job on his hair!

Everyone is always friendly and the salon is always clean.

Great place to get my 8 and 9 year olds hair cut. Julia and Yvonne did an amazing job. They kept the kiddies talking. They have a Kurig, and super reasonable prices.

I came in having never had my hair professionally dyed ever. I've suffered from early gray hair strands since I was 20, and my husband had a good idea to get my hair dyed in a way that would blend with my gray hair growing out. I've been dying my hair with store dye boxes forever. I showed a picture of the hairstyle coloring I hoped would help (photo provided) and had no idea what I was getting into.

The stylist, Yvonne, told me step-by-step what she would need to do and about how long each step would take. She had to strip the old box dye and then very carefully highlight my gray hair areas while dying the rest of my hair the normal dark brown. It took a total of 5 hours to finish the process. She never complained about the time or even staying after the salon closed to finish the process. She was very professional, easy to talk with when I felt like chatting, considerate, and detail-oriented.

I can't comment on pricing (I have no prior experience other than hair cuts) but I was extremely happy with the results. Pictures show the sample, my before color, and after results!
I'd highly recommend this location as everyone there was very welcoming and good-spirited. My stylist also definitely knew what she was doing, and the experience shows!

RAVE for Kaylin at Trimz. My hair was sun bleached and sad. I was growing it out from a pixie so it was not styled much at all except for being a little mullet-y. I went to Kaylin and asked her to fix it for me so it wasn’t so dead looking and sad. And make it as low maintenance as possible! She gave me a perfect style and bangs to flatter my face that stay nice when I don’t have time to have regular trims. She recommended a few products that TOTALLY WORKED and now my hair is literally gorgeous. On the daily, I put it up in a clip and do nothing else with it, and people still complement me all the time about how good my bangs look and how healthy my hair is. My scalp is way healthier too. She’s totally magic and one of my favorite hair dressers ever, and she only recommends what I need, so that I can go back to rushing around working all the time and not do anything with my hair and still have it be gorgeous, soft, healthy, and with own natural color brought out and protected from the sun. I’ll always go back to her. 15/10 recommend Kaylin!

I came to town for a wedding and had my hair appointment canceled by another salon. This salon was the only salon that answered my call. I called several other salons, all several times and no one answered. I was able to easily make an appointment over the phone.
Emma was the stylist who cut my hair. She was very friendly and professional. I don't normally get my hair done, so I was quite awkward during the process and not exactly sure how to describe what it was I wanted. I have long hair, down to my waist just straight across. I wanted it still long but with some shape and layers, but still easy to put up. She did exactly that.
Wash, cut and blow dry $30 plus a tip.

After an hour and two stylists trying to cut a straight across bob (just a trim) they were unable to give me a straight haircut. I asked it to be evened out several times and the back of my hair is an inch longer than the front. I thought it was better when I left, but then took a picture in my car. Will never return.

The picture is what I asked for and was assured they could do that. What I got was nothing like the picture. $150 later. Not happy and think I should either get my money back or what I asked for. I will amend my review if they make this good but at this juncture I don’t recommend this place.
