Twisted eyebrow threading - Lincoln, California

I've been going to this place since moved to the area about a year ago. In the past they've always done a great job. However, today I went in and there was a new threader there. She was very young and wasn't as courteous as the other threaders usually are. She seemed vaguely bored and annoyed by everything, very teen angsty.

I wouldn't have cared about her general attitude so much, but she did an absolutely terrible job on my eyebrows. They're totally uneven in shape and width, and neither one looks anything like the shape that I had them filled in (I always pencil in my brows beforehand so the threader can see the shape I want). She also left me with a bald spot on my inside left brow that will take months to grow in, but also missed/left a bunch of small hairs along the brown bone. This was hands down the worst experience I've had in ten years of threading.

At first I panicked and left the store, but I went back later in the day to ask for a refund. She gave me a few canned apologies. I asked her if she thought she had done a good job, and she said "I didn't really look".

She did give me the money for the service back (but kept the tip), so at least there's that. I'm devastated, both because my eyebrows are going to be messed up for months, and because I guess I have to find a new threading place now... So disappointed.

Delicious burgers. Fish and chips. Macaroni cheese. And desserts, ice cream and fruit sundae. All very good and filling.
Also beer. Great beer with meal. The menu is amazing and filled with very good choices.

I stopped by this establishment in august for the first time, and purchased their gift card for $50 cash I was happy with the service. fast forward to 11-7-23 went in again and had eyebrows done, when it came time to pay I was asked if I wanted to repurchase the gift certificate, I agreed took out my Credit Card and paid, the machine did something an according to the girl there it didn't work took the card out again and charged it again, Come to find out that both charges where pending on my account called the bank and they confirmed that no charges had been declined, contacted the owner and she was sorry and said she would take care of it. I said I will let you know once both have cleared, well come to find out she will not take care of nothing she refuses to believe me even after showing her proof!!! what thieves!!!! I will be requesting a refund for their gift certificate and never stepping foot in their establishment again!!!

Won’t be coming here again. Was told to sit in a dirty chair she just had someone in and didn’t wipe down. Then she over charged me for my eyebrows. Definitely will be sticking to beauty by thread.

I’ve been to about 5-6 different threading salons in 3 states and this one was by far the best salon I’ve been to. She was quick, friendly and had the lightest hands I’ve ever felt when it comes to ripping hairs off my face. Salon was clean and comfortable and one of the better priced places I’ve been to. Going to make this my place to go from here on out.

These ladies are fantastic. They're so good at what they do. My eyebrows always look fantastic when they're done. I highly recommend the cool gel at the end, it's fantastic but you have to find out why on your own

Growing out my eyebrows because they have gotten thin. Went in today and told her. What did she do she started making my eyebrows think again! How is it that their eyebrows are thick and nice and I walk out with thin eyebrows after having thick eyebrows?
