This was my go to nail place every time I got the opportunity to get my nails done. The quality wasn’t always the best, but they were local and seemed nice enough. I recently visited a sister out of town and we went had our nails done. I got back home, and I broke one. I went into my “go-to” place and was met with “we are to busy. Come back later” She was nice and apologetic for the inconvenience. No issue. I waited two days and went again on a Monday during what I thought would be a slower time and yet again met with “you’ve got to come back, we are to busy” This time man looked at me like I was the problem for coming in at all. I DID ask, do I need to make an appointment or what should I do because this is my second attempt. He said “I don’t know! You just have to call!” If I would have known this, it would have happened before I made the trip up there. This was SUPER frustrating because I could’ve already had it done but I was trying to be loyal. PLUS, I had the time to wait, had they offered. I ended up going to a new place and fell in love with the BEST customer service, better prices, and more options to get more bang for my buck! Overall, I sadly don’t recommend until some changes are made.

LOVE this nail salon!! They did my nails PERFECTLY for my beach vacation! Quick, reasonably priced service! Employees are so sweet, always smiling! They will make sure you get exactly what you want and spend the extra time making sure it is perfect. 10/10 best nail salon in Little Rock!!!!

It was Labor Day and Kim was alone. I made an appointment for 2 Pedi and one full set. We were 3 people.
She was pleasant, detailed and showed us her good skills. We had no wait.
Both my husband and I enjoyed our Pedi and my daughter's full set was premiere.
I would recommend Unique Nails for your pampering.

My first time here and it won’t be the last!!! The service here was fantastic:) The music and vibes are *chef’s kiss*!! Drove up from Hot Springs and was well worth the drive! Can’t wait to get my nails done again!

I have been seeing Lee and Kim occasionally for a few years but regularly for at least two years. They are talented, as well as comical. It’s a warm vibe with nice music, and they even fed me once. I love pho, so when I asked if that were pho that I was smelling, they brought me a bowl. Who does that? They have a customer for life!

Not the best customer service starting out. I was not greeted by any of the staff when I walked in. I spoke and waited with no response. I finally had to say "Excuse me!" to get someone's attention for them to ask what I needed. To which I responded, "I have an appointment, my name is Lowe." This was met with a blank stare and I was waved to a seat. Although I had scheduled an appointment and was on time, I still ended up waiting over 30 minutes to be seen. However, I will say that my mani and pedi we're done with more care than the other salon I visited previously. There were no incidents of file burns or excessive scraping. When I explained my skin condition, care was given not to aggravate it. Special requests were honored and the final result was great! I'll go back and request the same techs, but I'm not.going to waste time on scheduling an appointment lol!

Came in to get a fill and was next in line. Was told or pick a color. While waiting for 5 minutes for a worker to finish one client another person came in and asked if they could do 3 pedicures. The lady from the back said Yes we have more workers in the back. They got the 3 pedicures started before even touching my nails. I'm still waiting while the 3 peddies are enjoying their service.
