I went today to this hair salon super excited for a big change with my hair! Taylor was my lady and I asked for what I thought was going to be a simple but fun new hair style for me, it was my hair dyed black then with some neutral red and caramel highlights. After being there for 5 hours I was extremely disappointed, as my hair was bright blue, bright purple, hot pink all over. She said once she rinsed all the color out everything mixed and changed my hair all those colors, my hair is super dry and breaking apart. I ended up just saying whatever and dying it back brown because of these crazy colors in my hair. I spoke to the owner as well and she honestly seemed like she couldn’t care less. Anyways super disappointed with how everything went, I still paid for the services. The first one is what I asked for and the last two is what I ended up with.

I have been to 6+ high end salons in the Clermont area and have always left with a mess, or not satisfied with the expensive service I just got. However, what Tiffany did at Urban Hair Lounge was not only what I ask for, but was FAR beyond my expectations. For the first time since I moved to florida, I almost wanted to cry because I was so relieved and happy about the full and partial color she did, as well as the cut. Amazing talent, awesome person, and a completely perfect experience that I never thought I would find here. THANK YOU Tiffany! I will be back!

Joannah is the stylist to seek out! I've seen her three times now and in those times she has corrected my hair colour, brightened my hair colour, and provided a cut which topped off the look I was hoping to achieve. She is patient, listens carefully to what you want, and adds advise when needed. An added bonus... She's a fun person to chat with while she works her artistry on my hair. I can't imagine going to any other stylist. Urban Hair Lounge is fortunate to have her on their team!

I took my daughter and I to this salon in hopes of getting a great haircut. We met Stephanie who was our amazing spectacular lovely hair technician! She did an amazing job with haircuts. The salon was beautiful. It was a great experience and it was because of Stephanie! Listen girls if you need a good haircut. Trust me, it's Stephanie that you need 😁

Janelle is wonderful. I've been looking for a while for someone to cut my hair right and Janelle is now my hairstylist. She takes her time and she's so kind and friendly. She also listens to you. I told her what I wanted and showed her pictures and she delivered! She has done a great job every time. I highly recommend her.

My daughter went in for a lifting procedure, (after a thorough discussion about the process with the stylist) and came out with absolutely destroyed hair. Upon reaching out to stylist, no form of trying to reconcile the issue was offered. I thought she would at least ask for my daughter to come in so she could inspect her hair, but instead she offered stylist products as a form of repair. I would not recommend this place to anyone! I feel like the stylist was uneducated about this process and used cheap products. I typically don't complain and this is the 1st google review I have ever posted but I want to warn everyone about the potentials they may face if they visit this place! We paid good money and left a generous tip all to be treated so poorly!
