I love this place for massages and facials, they’ve also got great little products to buy on your ways in and out. The staff are very professional. Absolutely the best atmosphere out of all the spa places I’ve been to in this area. I’ll definitely be booking more massages/facials in the future.

However, I don’t recommend coming here for a manicure/pedicure. Their chairs are super uncomfortable and I was in such an awkward position for my pedicure. You have to prop up your own legs and my feet kept slipping off the chair. The manicure is very simple and routine, they do give you a nice arm/hand massage, but the gel on my nails chipped the next day. I’ve had $40 manicures that lasted a month and $20 press ons that have lasted 3 weeks. Incredibly disappointing.

UPDATE: About 3 days after my manicure I’ve begun to notice yellowing at the tips. I’ve never seen this before. It’s definitely the gel and not my actual nail. Don’t know what’s causing it. I rarely eat with my hands, I work indoors all day and I wash my hands often. It’s super gross looking up close. I’m using cheap press on nails on to cover it up until I can get rid of the gel.

It's been so helpful going to Amber. Her thoroughness and expertise have been very beneficial. After seeing a chiropractor this has been a great addition. Not only does it help me physically but I feel more clarity and my mood is definitely enhanced. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Thank you for making my day each time I visit.

Such a beautiful spa and a nice place to give yourself a treat. It's right by the river so if you are fortunate, you can get a room that overlooks the river. The service is amazing and everyone is super friendly. Definitely recomend!

Nice atmosphere and relaxing setting. A very nice place. I went there because I had a sharp localized pain in my back, and I wanted someone who really knows the anatomy of the muscles and nervous system.
Well Lori did a nice job until the end. I asked her to go over the sore area again and she was rubbing over a spot that was clicking under her hand. I wish she knew the body anatomy then she would have known that was a nerve and not put me into so much pain. The only silver lining is that the radiating pain running down my arm from the nerve is new and louder than the original pain. I knew I hated massages and will never trust a person to do good for me again.

First time here and absolutely amazing experience. Treated myself with the cosmopolitan package for my 30th birthday. Summer did my facial, Nichole did my massage they were both so talented with their techniques and made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. I will absolutely be back. Very high end establishment and well kept.

Urban is the number one spa in Redding. I highly recommend Urban for their great customer service skills. Esthetician Sara W, is beyond amazing, she will give you all the tools and education about skin care, and the facials she gives are top notch. Massage therapist, Blake, is phenomenal. Every-time I get a massage by Blake I feel amazing, he is the best massage therapist I have went to (and I have gone to a lot). Thank you Sara and Blake for your amazing skills.

I went here for a day of relaxation and to unwind. Atmosphere was nice, but all of the people that worked there were rude from the receptionist to the people that did our couples massage. They also demanded a tip and were really pushy about trying to upsell me other products and got mad when I refused to buy them. I went to the massage to unwind and have all the knots worked out of my back. I left there in the same amount of pain that I came in for the price that I paid for the massage. I definitely couldn’t go back. I was not happy with the service that I got. This is the type of environment where you get profile if they think that you don’t have a lot of money also which I did not appreciate appreciate Everybody should be treated with respect, and this does not based on your financial status.
