I loved loved loved my hairstyle! She did a beautiful job layering my hair and giving me side bangs; I absolutely loved the end result, especially after she blowed dried my hair. Overall, 10/10 experience would definitely come again! 🙂

Just left after my first visit and WoW !these ladies are absolutely fantastic.i went in for only a body waxing and ended up Brazilian wax after vajacial getting their serious the best experience I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to come back and bring all my friends and family! Love it. Comforting place to be! I recommend at Usha’s salon outlet mall…… to everyone I know thank you lovely ladies for doing such a great job! ?

She is so sweet and patient. Very attentive to clients and their desired look. This was my first time getting lash extensions and I wanted a natural look and that’s exactly what she gave me. I am very happy with my lashes and experience at Usha’s salon.

What a nightmare! Booked an appointment for a Brazilian wax only because I was recommended. Not my first rodeo. Ash was my suppose to be tech. As she started applying wax she snatches it off with wax strips like I'm getting eyebrow waxing. I thought maybe this is something that this company does. I normally go to European Wax. Anyways she reapplied the wax in the same spot 4 times which burned me miserably. I asked why keep reapplying in the same spot, she stated because its you hair its not coming up. I made the side eye look like ? you don't know what you doing. In my head im like are you even using the right wax. I got scared at that moment. Then she continues to snatch the strip off like its not a senstive area. Im so tensed holding my breath hoping she's getting closer to getting done. Couldn't bare the pain any longer, so I got up and told her don't worry about finishing. She didnt know what she was doing the whole time just basically trying to rob me of $65. Talking about she'll take $15 off of $65. This story could go on forever.

Decided to check out Usha’s new location in the Outlets, convenient location, beautiful location, relaxing environment. My facial was Amazing! Usha’s did my lashes and eyebrow tint. Make an Appointment and pamper yourself. Usha’s is the place.
