Went in with my mom, two different people worked on our feet. One did an awesome job and had an amazing attitude. The other rushed through and left 15 minutes before the her coworker finished. Our toes look good, but one of us definitely had a better experience than the other lol

I made the horrible mistake of going here. The tech was way too hard with the file, did not paint them the color I wanted, and they aren’t the shape I wanted. The first photo is what I wanted, the rest i what I got. I showed them the photo AND picked the same color when he brought over the nail colors I could get! Everything that could go wrong did!

This place is horrible. It’s been a minute since I left a bad review anywhere, but I will be avoiding this place like the plague if I’m in vail. I’ll go elsewhere. My tech cut up my left thumb with the rotary drill and my left pointer finger. She also rushed through my fill, and I could feel acrylic sloshing up onto my fingers. I’ll honestly be shocked if these don’t lift…they also cost significantly more than my usual place that does better work. The icing on top is when she just assumed I’d tip her. And said “go get cash for tip.” Um no. I tip for good work, especially for over paying for a bad job.

Not a fan of this place. The interior is pretty with marble floors and a chandelier, but it's pretty dirty (nail dust and paint everywhere you look) and I just got a really bad pedicure. I did not want gel, but my first choice was dried out. Then I was told they were out of my second choice and the nail tech man just gave me a different book to choose from after that. Turns out it was gel options. He did a bad job shaping my nails and painted them really sloppily. It's a shame. I wanted to like this place but I won't go back.

Went in for just a manicure with regular polish. I was questioned several times why I don’t want gel or dip. I let them know that I only have regular nail polish due to work policies. Felt like because I didn’t want to up grade I got bad service. Manicure was only about 10 min and I paid $30. Will never go back.

Really the only person that’s worth going to here, is Tommy. He always does a great job and I have never had a problem as he’s done my nails three times now. The last time I went in, he wasn’t available so I went with a random tech. Definitely won’t do again. Ended up paying $80 for a set of nails that are super thick and I ended up filing the edges myself. Just super messy work and they’re trying to get you out of there as soon as they can.

I am very disappointed I went in for a full set and pedicure, as shown in the picture my nails were falling and peeling off within a couple minuets. The last took 2 hours and I went in again they would not refund me (because the mail was still attached) and I did not have time to get them fixed (after she had just tooken 2 hours) the lady was on the phone the entire time and filling an open wound on my finger that I had warned her to be careful of. The lady had her shoes off and had her feet on mine. When she did my toes I had asked for purple with sparkles the purple base was already on and the sparkle ended up being dried out. She grabbed silver and put it on my toes after I asked for white instead. She did not use a white base but instead I have purple polish with pearl white glitter. I payed almost 100 dollars and she gave me a 5 dollar discount at checkout but did not say why. My nails are not filled all the way the polish is not clean and they are falling off. I have had issues with this place in the past and figured I would give them another shot but they did not impress me and I am very disappointed in how my nails looked when I left today.
