On 04/28/2023 I spoke with this clinic to ask if they treated my feet because my wife had a problem with a nail, to which they told me yes, I scheduled an appointment for 01/05/2023. That day my wife showed up, she paid $140 for a consultation and she went to see Dr. Jae Kim MD, in the end he did absolutely nothing. honestly that and stealing is the same. Lack of professionalism and ethics. Avoid this place if you can. (I had already published this but they deleted it, I hope they don't do it this time and improve their service).

El 28/04/2023 hablé con esta clínica para preguntar si me trataban los pies porque mi mujer tenía un problema con una uña, a lo que me dijeron que si, agendé cita para el 05/01/2023. Ese día mi esposa se presentó, pagó $140 por una consulta y fue a ver al Dr. Jae Kim MD, Al final el no hizo absolutamente nada más. sinceramente eso y robar es lo mismo. Falta de profesionalismo y ética. Evita este lugar si puedes. (Esto ya lo había publicado pero lo borraron, espero que esta vez no lo hagan y mejoren su servicio,)

I used to love this office! Dr. Kim was actually my doctor when I was a child. Dr. Park is a gem and always has a smile on his face— they’re generally very great with children! My children loved Mary Jane also! The staff are usually very kind, there is a rude one once in a while at the front desk but 9/10 they’re very kind and personable. In the sense of the they try to remember patients names and such.
Well, their newer doctor (Monjat I believe is how to spell her name) she’s insanely rude! She doesn’t respect parents wishes or decisions. She chooses to be disrespectful towards parents with religious views towards vaccinations. After she did the run down of asking me if I was going to get vaccines that day, prior to any actual health questions regarding my kids, her whole attitude towards me changed after I said no and she became very short and uncaring during the rest of the visit. I also requested that my second daughter got genetic testing done, but for some reason she sent it off for my first daughter. When taking my kids in their skin was flushed, tired, showing pretty visible signs of low iron and she did not order any sort of tests. She was pretty much in and out of the room, we spent longer waiting for her to come into the room than she spent trying to treat my 3 children which she didn’t do properly at all. A lot of the doctors at this facility are amazing, but after dealing with her it’s really not worth going to the facility unless being able to see a different physician. She doesn’t even ask any important questions other than when did this happen and what symptoms do they have, zero medicine prescribed and she suggested I get OTC. People, DO NOT allow doctors to tell you to get OTC when insurance can perfectly pay for their “suggestions”. She’s just super unhelpful, unkind, close-minded, and all around uncomfortable to be around. As a patient, I wouldn’t trust being in her care since it seems the patient’s care is not in her best interests.

I have have had an outstanding experience with Dr. Kim and his staff for the last 2-3 years. With sadness we are relocating and leaving their office is daunting. This review reflects the exceptional care and service being provided to us personally and on behalf of our family member receiving care.

Dr. Kim is a fantastic physician who is kind, humorous, and incredibly caring. His qualities make for a great patient-doctor relationship. He goes above and beyond to alleviate medical burdens.

Sophia and Vanessa, the staff members, commutations are stellar, excellent in promptly addressing patients' needs, ensuring efficient service, most importantly sharing great concern and nurturing during any difficulties with general health care.

The office's availability is outstanding, always catering to patients' needs and providing timely access to care. I never worry it will take months to schedule a basic appointment.

Patients are treated with great regard, and the friendly atmosphere in the office makes you feel like family rather than just a number.

No patient is left behind, and the team advocates for patients with a thorough and responsible approach to meeting their needs.

In conclusion, without the care of each individual at vanguard our family members needs would not have been met. Exceptional care and patient-centered approach of Dr. Kim's office. Such positive experiences are crucial in healthcare and contribute to overall patient well-being.

Absolutely amazing doctors office! My four year old goes here and Dr. Kim was absolutely amazing with her! So interactive with her and brought her a lollipop after her appointment! The nurses are amazing too!

I don’t write many reviews but I feel the need better said the responsibility to write this one.

If possible use another medical facility. Went in for a physical and stomach problems. They drew blood ( did not do a urine sample test odd for a physical) and it appears they didn’t send out to the lab on time (benefit of the doubt the lab didn’t get to it on time). They had scheduled me for an appointment to go over my labs a week later first appointment of the day. I had to call in, come to find out they never calendared one in.
They said the labs weren’t ready because my date of birth was wrong on the viles and won’t be ready until the end of the week. They set me up an appointment end of week in the morning. Again I had to call and come to find out my labs weren’t complete and were missing a few items and they set me up an appointment later that same day.
They contact me mid day and say my labs weren’t good and I needed to go back to have my blood drawn again. I asked what happened and they said my blood had coagulated. I sincerely hope they can better their service.
I know doctors are busy people and insurance companies with their negotiated rates might impact/ influence their time and dedication to their patience. I won’t go over in detail my experience with Dr. Kim but I will say I expected just a bit more of consideration. I am navigating and enduring severe anxiety/stress, like many of us might unfortunately be going through and we turn to our medical professionals for assistance and recommendations.

I highly recommend Dr. Felipe Arce in Delano California. He gave of his time to speak to me and hear me out after my kids appointments. He didn’t need to or have to but he did. I’m impressed and we need more doctors like him.

I have been going to these people and Dr. Kim for my entire life. since childhood i have been able to rely on and trust these people with my health and privacy. honest trustworthy and kind. the nurses are kind and caring the doctors are straight forward and extremely capable.

If I could give anything lower I would. I had my son that needed a referral, but all I got was the run around, from the front desk. Really all they were doing was lieing to me. I called my insurance and no referral was sent. I have waited 3 weeks already. I've called and nothing, and when I contacted the clinic today. All they could tell me was "We get a lot of referrals like 10 a day" I was so upset I had to cut my call short. My child is in pain every day and needs to see a specialist. I can't stand to see my child like this. This only makes it harder on the family. I would really just like my child to be taken care of. -From a concerned Father.

The people are very nice. And I been with Dr. Kim for a long time . Since my boys were small. 5+ yes. Thanks Dr. Kim for been my doctor. And thru out the yrs.
