DO NOT RECOMMEND. I went in for a cut and color and left with a butchered, three toned mess. I asked for an ombre with subtle highlights at the bottom. I gave Vasana a picture of what I wanted. I told her I had already tried to remove the hair color and it still needed a bit more work. I knew my old hair color had to be removed before I could make any changes. Before this, I had long black hair down to the middle of my back. She hacked my hair to pieces and did a horrible job on the color. She kept saying that I could come back tomorrow and she would recolor, but I don't want her touching my hair again. I have another appointment at Lux Salon. I'm hoping they can save my hair.

Recommended to this place, I made an appointment with Mala, I asked for a light trim just to clean up some dead ends and HER SISTER STARTS CUTTING MY HAIR. I walked in with a long bob and a blonde color I worked so hard for and walked out with half my hair cut off, looking like Jennifer Aniston from S1 of friends. 😭😭😭 her sister used scissors meant for texture and started thinning out my already very thin hair. I’ve never been treated like that, when I first walked in, Mala even said she was ready to shave my hair! What?!?! I should have known, but I wanted to give it a chance.
It’s been a few weeks since the cut, I’ve been genuinely trying to make this haircut work for me and it’s not. Very disappointed. Do not recommend at all.

Went here once when i first moved to simi and thought it was a great place.Vasanna couldnt stop talking about all her credentials and stuff...lol I asked her if she can do blonde highlights with darker brown in it she said yes.She did my hair and i came out looking like a spotted cheeta and it was a big mesh of colors...i left crying and didnt say anything.Then went home and thought im going to call her so i can fix it. I went back and she and i decided to go one color just to be safe..omg it wasnt a great job but she was willing to fix it.In my opinion i wouldnt go here if looking for highlights.
