I am so glad I found this place! I moved here last November and needed to find a place to continue doing my roots and trim. All of the gals here are wonderful! I usually get my hair done with Elle and her assistant Kirstin, and I have had Megan a couple of times. I am always so pleased with the results. In addition to being great with their professional hair services, they are super kind, fun, and real. I highly recommend Venue, absolutely amazing!

Elle was the stylist responsible for cutting my hair. I made an appointment and told her that it was important because my son is getting married next week and I wanted to have a fresh haircut for the photos. I requested the same thing I've been getting for probably the past 30 years, which is a trim with long layers. She was busy and distracted the entire time, working on three clients at once, and had her assistant do most of the work. I don't think she spent 5 minutes on my hair, and when she was done she quickly twisted it up into three clips and asked her assistant to finish drying it. When my hair was dry, the assistant said that the stylist would do a final check on my hair, but then the stylist called over from the other side of the room that it was fine and I could go. When I looked at my hair in the mirror I saw that it was uneven and choppy so the assistant had the stylist come over. She had to take off her gloves because she was coloring someone else's hair and had some kind of white powder all over her hands, but did a quick snip of the front sides of my hair, which did not repair the damage. I never did see the back until I got home and my husband, who never notices anything, said it looked pretty choppy in the back. There's no way to fix it because the chopped layers are so high up in my hair. I ended up getting probably the worst haircut I've ever had.

I found Venue after searching online and reading reviews from several studios in town. I have super thick kind of unique hair that I’ve never been able to really manage or style. I came to Elle not expecting much but she totally blew me away. Without a ton of direction, because I didn’t know what my hair needed, she was able to completely exceed my expectations. She can just tell exactly what to do to your hair to have it look exactly like you want it. I don’t usually dye my hair but Elle gave me so much confidence in her that I’ve even gone back twice for a balayage that I’m in love with. The studio itself is cute and set off the main road which is nice because it’s always quiet. I also take my kids here because the prices are super reasonable! Elle is hands down the best hair stylist I’ve ever had in 20 years. Definitely recommend!

As a guy, generally I try to stay away from salons. However I really needed a haircut in a timely manner and had heard nothing but good things about this place. The entire staff was polite and the atmosphere was very welcoming, Lauren took care of me and results far exceeded my expectations! If you are looking for a quality haircut by quality people I highly recommend this place

I called the salon out of desperation! I could no longer stand my hair! Michelle is always backed up with many happy clients Unbelievably she had a 1030 cancelation and fit me in. I asked her to please do something, I'm no good with my own styling .Wow,she fixed me with the perfect wash and wear style,that with a little mousse even I can do! The ladies in this salon are wonderful and friendly, not to mention talented! I'm so happy to have found this salon,I already have my next appointment booked!
