such an amazing place to go for injectables/cosmetic surgery! i get my filler done with najah and she is absolutely amazing. she’s extremely sweet, welcoming, and knowledgeable. i have loved my results every single time i have gone to her and she always makes recommendations for better results. the entire staff is very personable and they create a very calm and welcoming environment for procedures that usually aren’t so comfortable. my mom also went to dr.aya-ay for a cosmetic surgery and was more than happy with her results and plans to return again.

Dr aya-ay did my breast augmentation surgery and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Prior to surgery, she took plenty of time with me to get to know what I was looking for. During surgery, she did more than I had asked, and I’m thrilled with the results. Her whole team is wonderful. Know you will he in GREAT hands with Dr Aya-ay whole team.

I hardly ever do these reviews unless I am just in awe of a new place I have found. Dr Aya-ay’s standards for service here are very high while maintaining that human element that makes you feel so good about being there!! My breast cancer surgeon referred me to Dr. Aya-ay after a double mastectomy for my reconstruction. I was so nervous about this process and had no idea what to expect. I had been told that she was the BEST Plastic Surgeon in Tampa from doctors and people who had used her. I totally believe it!! I really have no words for how they not only made me look amazing but helped so much with my fear and concern for what I was facing. I feel forever grateful for having her as my plastic surgeon and everything her and the amazing and professional staff did for me. I am now using the MED SPA for other services and again, love everything about it! I use Emily and she is the kindest, most knowledgeable (and honest) nurse ever! I just love her and so so happy to have found her. Everything is BEAUTIFUL there, the people and the office! WHAT A FIND! 💕

I recently had a ZO 3 step chemical peel at Vivia Med Spa. Emmy was amazing! She made me feel comfortable by explaining everything and answering all my questions. She also called to check in with me after my peel! The office is inviting and more spa like and relaxing than medical. I am so happy with my results and look forward my next appointment at Vivia Med Spa. We all should take the time to treat ourselves to our health and beauty:)

The staff and service were outstanding. They held my hand every step of the way from when I first made contact, to find out what I needed. To the after care. I am extremely impressed with how superior their customer service was to any other medical office I have ever dealt with, and it was sincere care. Clearly everyone who works in the office takes pride in their job. During the procedure there was minor pain, but the staff were constantly checking with me to see my comfort level and adjusted accordingly to keep me as comfortable as possible. I came all the way from Virginia, as they came highly recommended. It was definitely worth the trip, any future cosmetic procedures will be done by Dr. Aya-Ay and her staff. I am extremely happy with my results.
