I highly recommend Vivid! They did such a great job on the Rocklear coating. The coating is such a game changer for paint protection, cosmetic, and convenience. It has made it so easy to maintain/wash my car. Justin was thorough and did such a great job explaining what it entails. His wife also did a wash education with us and it was quite helpful. I will be coating all of my future cars with them!

Spend the money. The Icon Rocklear from these PROS won’t disappoint!! You don’t want to trust everyone with a $70k investment but after this experience I wouldn’t trust anyone else. I own 5 businesses & I’d say this is the best business experience I’ve had, hands down. They are a model for customer service & care! From the 1st phone call I knew I was dealing with PROS. Zayden is very intelligent & explained everything throughly. He didn’t rush to get me off the phone. When I called back almost ready to book, he happily answered all my questions. I was so impressed I didn’t even call their competitors. There’s a reason they rank #1 on Google. I knew I had the right company when I dropped my truck, and the care for Vivid Details were exceptional on a truck Justin had just completed. I recently bought a 2024 Subaru Forester, my first brand-new car, and a relative recommended I get a protective coating. Since I’d never done this before, I did some research and found Vivid Detailz Auto Spa, which had excellent reviews on Google. I reached out for a quote, and Justin responded immediately. We discussed what I was looking for, and he even invited me to stop by the shop. When I visited, he took the time to explain what to expect, and he showed me an example of the coating on his own vehicle, which made me feel confident in my decision. We hadn't even discussed pricing or packages yet, and I already felt like I was in good hands.

I decided to go with the Icon Rocklear coating. After a trip to Sacramento, I dropped off my car with Justin, and I have to admit, I felt a bit embarrassed. The car was covered in road grime and bugs. I called ahead to ask if I should run it through a car wash before dropping it off. Justin reassured me it was fine and joked that the dirt would make the before-and-after photos even more impressive.

Two days later, I picked up my Forester, and it looked incredible. The shine was brilliant, and the reflection was like glass! Justin walked me through some aftercare tips and even offered a wash tutorial, although I haven't been able to schedule that yet.
Working with Justin and Vivid Detailz was a wonderful experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, and truly focused on making sure I understood the benefits of the protective coating. I appreciated that he wasn’t just trying to make a sale; he genuinely wanted to educate me about the product and process.

The coating has already made a noticeable difference in how my Forester looks and how easy it is to clean. The shine is amazing, and dirt and water bead off effortlessly. Even after a few months, the car still looks pristine, just as I hoped it would when I decided to invest in this service.

I’m looking forward to seeing how the coating holds up long-term, especially since it was applied by someone so skilled and detail-oriented. Last time I bought a vehicle I talked with Justin about ceramic coating but didn't do it. I regretted that decision. So this time when I got my jeep I knew that one of the first things to do was take it to Justin. His attention to detail and professionalism is top notch. Great work, great customer service. I also had additions for the jeep. He gave me a quote that included those extra parts. I dropped them off when I got em (roof rack, new steps, etc) and Justin treated them for me.
I am very glad I went to Justin this time. I mean I'm a redneck. Gimme mud and a 4x4 and things are gonna get dirty. The ceramic coating makes the mud and dirt so so much easier to clean. The water just beads up and rolls off it's pretty cool.
