Had another great experience at West End & Holden & Spa! Emma Wood was my stylist, and she did an amazing job. I went in for an eyebrow wax and tint, a haircut fix, and decided to go all in with a full color and highlights. Emma made everything look exactly how I wanted – the color and highlights turned out beautiful, and my haircut feels fresh and stylish(I had to have it fixed after another shop messed it up). Everyone there was super friendly, and I felt really comfortable. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a great salon experience!

If you’re getting bleach services, save your money and go somewhere else. I’ve been a blonde for more years than I can count and this was my worst experience ever! My hair dresser was not experienced in bleaching apparently, the color she pulled was awful and my whole head has a chemical burn. It’s still healing and pretty bad still after a week. Plus ruined my shirt and sports bra ( bleach runover from the washing) For a $180 dollars this was the worst experience ever with a hair dresser!! I won’t get into the hair cut, just bad together!!

I am terrified of letting people do anything to my hair. it's been 7 years since I've let anyone touch it. Michelle went above and beyond. She did a phenomenal job. She made me feel comfortable and listened to all my concerns and made my hair dreams come true. Only lady who will touch my hair from now on! And pricing is what you would expect and fair for such good work.

Randy is a one of the best stylist! New to the building, but most definitely not new to hair! I went in for an all over vivid color, cut, and style, and let me tell you he did not disappoint. His presence alone is a ray of sunshine! I walked out happier with his work than my inspiration picture he had to go off of! Thank you so much for my beautiful purple ? hair Randy! Will most definitely be coming back to you again!

Let me start off by saying that first impressions are everything. I had an appointment with Morgan Miller at 12:30 today. First, I walk in and the place is a ghost town. No one is at the front desk to greet you. I wait around for 10 minutes before taking a seat. When someone finally comes up there to help me, she confirms that I'm on the schedule, but that Morgan is not there. She then proceeds to go to the back and ask Morgan's friend where she's at. This friend tells her that Morgan called in sick. Being sick is understandable, but not calling your clients and letting them know is not. That is rude and irresponsible. I am incredibly frustrated and will not be back unless there is some type of considerable change, or this situation is made right. This is ridiculous...
