I recently had the absolute pleasure of getting my hair cut by Sarah, and I can't recommend her highly enough! From the moment I sat down, I felt completely at ease. Sarah is a truly exceptional listener. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, asked thoughtful questions, and offered helpful suggestions that perfectly aligned with my vision. It's so refreshing to have a stylist who genuinely cares about giving you the cut you want.
Beyond her excellent communication skills, Sarah is clearly a highly skilled stylist. She worked with precision and artistry, and I could tell she has a deep understanding of hair. The result? The best haircut I've had in years! It's exactly what I wanted, and it looks fantastic. I've received so many compliments already.

This place absolutely botched my hair. I had hair down to my mid rib cage and I wanted it SHOULDER LENGTH!! The supposedly MOST EXPERIENCED AND EXPENSIVE hairdresser immediately cut my hair to JAW LENGTH! Every part of this haircut is terrible and unstylable. No matter what I do it looks horrid and isn’t even a haircut it is between. PLEASE NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AND I AM BEGGING FOR A REFUND. The one in the mirror is what she gave me and then there is a the exact picture I showed her.

This salon is amazing!! Staff are friendly and welcoming. Olivia is wonderful and she was able to cut and style my hair the way I wanted it and even exceeded my expectation! It was the best haircut I ever had! I just went yesterday to other Salon for a haircut and it was awful! and came here hoping that they fix it and Olivia did it perfectly the way I wanted it! She's knowledgeable and experienced. This salon is very lucky to have her! Will definitely come back. 10/10 recommend!

I had a great first impression here! Marlowe was my stylist and he did a great job, he really listened to what I wanted with my hair type in consideration, and I really appreciate him taking his time and showing me throughout the process and asking if I’m happy with it. I’ve spent the same amount of money at other salons and was in and out in under 30 minutes, with no updates or asking my opinion. I’m thankful Marlowe took his time and was more than happy to try and match my inspiration pictures. Will definitely be back, thank you Marlowe!

I was trying to schedule an appointment online after close to a year of not getting my hair done and had an odd message that I wasn’t able to book online and to contact the store. I called in and was put on hold, which I was fine with, and the lady returned and said she would have to call me back because she had to reboot her system. I told her that was okay, naively thinking she was being honest. I didn’t get a call back and got a text from a manager. Per the manager’s text, I was banned from this salon. I’ve never had any negative encounters at the salon to warrant this. I’m guessing they accidentally recorded another customer’s negative encounter on my record. I’d be fine with it being an honest mistake and clearing it up, but unfortunately I have texted and called and they have not responded. I’ve never even complained when I had one poor haircut years ago—just was kind, tipped, and picked a different stylist next time. I’m disappointed that a place would do this to a customer incorrectly and not even try to understand if they made an error. I’ve never had this happen to me before anywhere else. I truly hope this doesn’t happen to other customers, since it is a bit soul crushing when you have never done anything.

I do not make reviews, but like it seems quite a few people have commented/reviewed on this salon. This was definitely not what I was expecting for a higher end salon. When I booked an appointment online for a full foil and haircut. The online appointment time said my time slot was for 10:30 am -2:30 pm. I have never gotten a full foil before, so I was assuming that the SALON would know how much time it would take to complete my appointment. We had an event that was already paid for that started at 3:30. So assuming I would be finished at 2:30 I should be fine. Unfortunately, my stylist was not able to time manage on my foil, and it took her 3.5 hours to just get to the point where she could wash my hair. At 2:45, I told her I didn't have enough time to do a haircut even though she had already chopped some of my hair at the ends because there was no need dye hair that was going to be cut anyways. I left the salon with wet hair, botched ends, and had no idea what my hair actually looked like. I called to talk to a manager later after my event, and she basically told me, "To bad so sad. Not really there problem." but they can schedule me for a haircut at another time. There was no compassion, no understanding, and this company doesn't stand by their word. I did not receive the service that they said I would receive.
Completely poor time management, and like all the other reviews on here said, definitely go somewhere else. The manager could care less. They are not there to support their team nor work with clients when things go wrong.

Jess is so wonderful! She got my hair to the color I wanted, she was very thorough and made sure we had the same vision of what I wanted! She is super friendly as well! I’ve also thought my natural hair was straight for 19 years, but she showed me that my natural hair pattern is wavy and even taught me how to style it and got me the products that I would need! This is the best I have the best service I’ve ever received! I am so happy with the results and I will definitely be returning 🙂

I took my wife to willo Aveda , Marlow was her hair stylist and we both couldn't be happier with the experience! Marlow was incredibly professional, warm, and really took the time to understand what my wife wanted. My wife left the salon with a stunning new look, feeling more confident and beautiful than ever.
