Probably the worst nail experience I have ever had. Please note that cuticle care is not included in a full set and will be charged an additional 10$ for a “manicure” I’ve never been to a salon that did not include that in the nail prep. He was very harsh and aggressive when filing, Shape was lopsided and uneven. The man didn’t say a single word the whole time, which is fine but very uncomfortable. He kept pulling out tools that were not new including the buffer and nail file were used already and no drill bits were labeled “clean” place is dirty I would never return or send anyone here after this.

Walked in bout 5:50pm with a full acrylic set I had worn almost a month and was utterly tired of looking at...ladies, u Kno...it was just that time. So ended up keeping it simple bcuz ok they were closing at 7 and I jus needed a clean up and change up. I was walking out a few moments before 7 and Lynn had finished my nails. She did an AMAZING job on shaping and my manicure as well as application of the gel polish. I'm thoroughly pleased and the price point was almost average of what I usually pay at a different nail salon. I will for sure go back for my next freshen up and I will book with Lynn because i expressed having a hard time finding a salon that understood what look I was asking for when I express I'd like my nails to not look thick and totally fake. So imma try her out with it and test her skills lol...she does amazing nail art tho so I'm sure she will NAIL it...pun intended lmao I truly hope my search for an amazing nail salon is over! Will update after next visit!!

Ive always came here and never had a bad experience with besides this time i went to get a full set pedicure everything was fine until i realized the lady doing my nails dipped the tool in my foot water and put it back where she got it later on she ended up cutting not one but four of my toes one is very bad its been almost a week since its super swollen hard as a rock and very painful super disappointing as i paid $75 for them and have never once had an issue at this salon its always been my favorite and #1 recommendation

In less than 24 hrs after my manicure, the polish was chipping, and my nails were so brittle and thin that they bent like a sheet of paper, and a few are even tearing. I have never had these issues. I'm very disappointed, and I won't be returning.

I want to thank the kind young women who did my dip manicure and pedicure yesterday. When i arrived, i explained how bad my previous experience at a different salon (see my other reviews) had been. I explained i wanted to remove the old, poorly done dip and fake tip and that i wanted to have new ones done.

She listened and understood what I wanted. She took great care in my pedicure while she soaked my nails. When it came time to handle my horrible previously done nails, she did such an amazing job. My nails are beautiful, thin, no fake tips, strong and stunning. She took care to smooth edges around my cuticles and underneath.

The store was not as clean as it could have been, but they were consistently busy the entire time I was there, so I understand why, but it could have been cleaner. Because the store was busy, the tech handling my nails did have to split her attention towards the end, but she handled it pretty well.

Overall, I am so please with my dip manicure and pedicure. Seriously so happy with the quality of manicure and how my nails were handled.

4 stars ONLY because of the lack or organization and cleanliness of the store.

I called a week in advance, and made an appointment with David or Trish. When I got there, they asked how they could help me. I let them know I had an appointment with David or Trish either was OK. I was taken to the last station and helped by a man who was neither David nor Trish I found out. Three fingers on one hand were crooked and two on the other hand. when I explain and showed my crooked fingernails to him. He told me he could fix them after the acrylic. That didn’t seem right but I thought maybe he had a process I was unfamiliar with. Needless to say nothing I had asked for did I get even after showing him a picture from their own Instagram. I feel it’s pretty tacky of a company to give you some random person when you specifically requested someone completely different. If that wasn’t bad enough, my nails lasted four days before popping off. I have never had such poor quality, and a disregard for what a paying customer is looking for.
