🚨CAUTION- CHEMICAL BURNS!!!😢

I spent $600+ at this establishment, my result was chemical burns from the bleach & dye, along with breakage, redness on scalp, and extremely painful scabbing, and overall apathy from the staff after bringing up my concerns.

My service was late Friday, they did not reopen until 5 days later (closed Monday & Tuesday), so Wednesday I called and went back to show what damage I endured.
The office offered no means to reconcile this very clear error, except blaming dandruff for my painful scabs which are only located on the side of my head treated with their Aveda products.
I felt my concerns were unheard and that there was no effort to make things right.
The way my pain and suffering has been addressed so far is not only unprofessional but also disheartening as I enjoy my facial services there but had such a terrible experience with my hair. Because of that, I have to rate 1 or 0 star...

I cannot say enough great things about this salon! The staff was WONDERFUL and very knowledgeable about the products they carry. The salon was clean and spacious. Shannon gave me a perfect cut! I have long layers, and I rarely trust people to cut them properly. She did a great job, making sure that they layers were visible, my split ends were gone, and shaped the front layers to my face (which is exactly how I want a cut!). She also educated me about two Aveda products (that I absolutely HAD to take home once I tried them) that would help my split ends. I love them so much and will need more soon! I can’t wait to come back here and get another cut in a few months!

I wanted to give an honest review of this place because I really wanted to like it.

For starters, they were able to get me in same day, booking was incredibly easy, and my hair stylist was so nice. The customer service was great.

The problem is that I paid $110 for a haircut and condition and I left with an uneven bob. I told Xylem the next day and they got me in fast to fix it. I’m very appreciative that they did this.

As a result of the uneven trim my hair is MUCH shorter than what I originally asked for.

The customer service and stylist were great but for the quality I received at that price point I just don’t see myself going back.

(I won’t be naming my stylist as she was professional and so kind!)

I loved it! I used a Groupon for a rosemary mint body wrap which included a dry scrub, the wrap and a mini facial. Claudia was amazing! It was my first time at Xylem and she made me feel welcome, she was thorough in her explanation of my skin analysis and made great recommendations. I will most definitely be coming back. They have a hair salon, you can do facial services and body wrap treatments. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Love this place! I am Super picky about products used on my hair as I am allergic to many chemicals. I also have long hair and like low maintenance styles. Everyone here is great, no pushy up selling. The atmosphere is relaxing and spa like with a calm chill vibe. I color my hair with henna myself and can't use sulfates. The products they use are gentle, natural and make my hair soft and shinny. Highly recommend Xylem ☺

I really in life my stylist Rabadi. She did a great job with my new color change and haircut. The salon is clean and comfortable. The employees are warm and welcoming. They also have a variety of Aveda products. I would recommend this salon to anyone.

I called to make an appointment and she told me I was a no show which was untrue, I was there last month and had a hair cut and deep conditioning. I told her that’s untrue and she stated oops that wasn’t you but moving forward I still need to charge you 75.00 to book in advance. I really liked this place and service WAS good. I’ll find another salon moving forward.
