Very customized massage experience for your need to heal your body. I had neck tightness causing headaches sometimes and frozen shoulder. The massage helped me relaxing my neck and shoulder a lot and I feel very light and loose for the muscle around my neck now. The headaches are almost gone. And she is often willing to go extra minutes to make sure all areas are covered and no rush at all. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Kusuma (also known by her nickname Lita) for almost ten years now. She used to work at a different location, but I was thrilled to learn that she opened her own independent business at a new private spot.

I try to get massages frequently and have been to numerous fancy and not-so-fancy day spas. I have also tried independent massage therapists. Lita remains the very best! The only reason why I would even consider going somewhere else is if she was completely booked up and there was no way for me to get on her schedule that week. Though, I must say, she will do EVERYTHING she can to accommodate you and will go above and beyond to change her schedule to suit yours.

Lita is a truly amazing therapist, she listens to your needs and determines what is best for your body. She is the only person that has been able to help me with back and neck pain, while melting the stress away. Her knowledge of the massage craft, the Thai stretching, the accuracy and precision in her movements and her dedication to improving the client's well-being, are all contributing factors to her uniqueness as a massage therapist. She WANTS you to feel better.

Ambience:
As for the actual practice space, it's very cute with a nice spacious waiting room, where you can relax with a book or a magazine. Usually, smaller practices don't have this feature, but I was pleasantly surprised to feel a comfy ambiance. I must add that there are no jacuzzis or saunas here. However, if you are looking for a top-of-the line massage, rather than the bells and whistles of fancy spas and mediocre service, this is the place for you!

I called in last second to get an appointment on a random Saturday late afternoon. Yin was nice enough to see me on short notice because I can't make it in during the week, the massage studio would be closed on Sunday, and because I was in so much pain that I did not want to wait a whole week until the following Saturday. I told her where all my pain spots were, she gave me the rundown as what I could expect to make sure we were on the same page, then she got to work. She made sure to address every pain spot I had all over my body, twist and contort me in ways I hadn't known was possible, and yet was gentle enough that I was ultra relaxed by the time it was over. Though painful at times(in a great way), the pain was always directed in the right spots and definitely left me feeling much better than I anticipated. I came in and my whole body hurt from rigorous exercising, and within 2-3 days of seeing Yin, my body felt almost completely refreshed.

Lita is amazing! I went to her with neck and shoulder problem, my body was pretty much so stiff everywhere. She’s very knowledgeable, friendly and caring, her place is always clean too. You’ll be surprised how many tight spots you have in your body until you let her do her work on you. Beware, it’s not your typical spa relaxing massage, but it’s more of a healing massage and she will do everything she can to make you feel better. I always feel so much more energize after her massage and my body feel super light after! So glad I found her!

Had knee surgery few years ago, since then my right leg has always bothered me. The scared tissues around it get tight & some days walking is hard. Then I hit my 50’s, my arthritics & muscle inflammation went to a whole new level. As an active person who did regular exercise, not being able to move/ walk without pain along with loss of reflexibility has been very frustrating.

My GP & Orthopedic surgeon told me they could give me medication to relive the pain but I HAD to do mild exercise, otherwise it was just going to get worse as I got older.

Lita is friendly & professional. She listens to your needs, health issues & determines what is best for your body. The customized combination of stretching, Thai massage, Swedish massage & craniosacral that she beautifully blends together makes her an exceptional therapist.

I have been going to her for 4 months now ( 2- 3 hrs. massages weekly). It has changed my life. As the pain & inflammation go down, my flexibility has improved tremendously.
