Can I give 10 stars!?! Mayra from Your Body Haven is a such a gem and her work on my belly and thighs literally transformed my body! From the moment we first met she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She explained the entire non invasive process and made sure I knew exactly what to express. From prep to post session, she gives you the best tips to make sure you achieve the absolute best results! Seriously, the results are instant and even continues to tighten after the session. I lost several inches around my waist, belly and thighs. I now go for maintenance upkeep and the results last! Her text reminders kept me on track with my water consumption and it motivated me to continue to make healthier choices everyday.

Meeting with Miyra was a great opportunity. She was very personable and explained the process and her tools before starting. These treatments are awesome! Mayra is so professional and creates a beautiful experience to get some pampering and results. As a busy mama of 3 I'm always feeling tired and still have some baby weight hanging on around the midsection. The facial left my skin feeling tight and glowing with reduced redness. After two sessions around my belly and hips I have noticed a difference in how my pants fit and I've only just begun! I highly recommend cavitation and tightening to shrink belly fat and smooth out the mid-section. The infrared facial is my new go-to! Thank you Mayra for these non-invasive offerings for a mama who deserves it!

I cannot recommend Your Body Haven enough! Mayra makes the experience extremely comfortable and inviting. The session begins with a gentle lymphatic massage, which has immensely helped initiate movement in my bladder and intestines. After that, she uses the body sculpting machine. At first I was a bit nervous, but Mayra explained that I would hear a slight ringing in my ears and she plays soothing music to alleviate and distract me. Finally, we get to my favorite part - the skin tightened. The machine gets nice and warm and has nobbles on it which feel really nice. The entire experience feels like a gentle massage but has so many great benefits! Mayra is also great about encouraging me to stay hydrated between sessions. Great for anyone wanting to kickstart their fitness journey, or someone already in a good fitness routine with a bit of stubborn fat. After two sessions, I’ve lost 2 inches around my waist and I don’t plan on stopping!
